Boo casino scam or common practice

Recommended Posts

Dear CG community!

I just wanted to share my recent experience on Boo casino.

Deposit casual 20 EUR + 100% bonus.

After wager, I cashed out 230.00 EUR, made a phone verification and also sent documents for approval.

A few days later I got this message on email:

Here is the list of contribution games:

Yes, I know I have played Tahiti Gold but of course, didn't even get a bonus on it.

But the thing is are they allowed to remove my winnings from other slots?

For me this sounds like a bit of scam, let's be real, do I have to print out all the 10% contribution games and search each time when I open slot if it's on the list?

Of course, rules are rules and I will never get my winnings but these days there are a lot of those brands that make their own rules with selected games not to be able to wager.

I have played in more than 50 brands and this is the first time my money was removed because of that kind of rules.

Cheers,

KBGamer

It doesn't say that the games are not allowed for bonus wagering, it just says that these games only contribute 10% towards the wagering and it's up to you if you play a game which doesn't really wager.

BUT removing the winnings just because you switched from a low wagering slot to a higher wagering slot seems like total scam terms and conditions.

It does state it on their website as I checked it now, but I have never seen another casino doing that.

def rouge casino, its redicoulus term _ imagine how long would it take to finish wagering playing 10% contribution games only

I mean, imagine you went into a game which only as 10% contribution BY MISTAKE and then see in the terms that you cant go back to a normal game with full contributions as otherwise, your winnings would be deleted, you will take years to be able to wager the bonus. Worst terms I've ever seen!

I've seen this on a couple of shady casinos I once deposited on one by mistake and every game I went on would go on live chat and confirm was ok and take screenshot of conversation these casinos are obviously trying to fleece its customers seems like bad practice if they want people to return

Yes, very shady. Nowadays gamblers should be very careful where they deposit for playing. Even tho casino looks trusted with all the newest games and providers there is still a chance they have this kind of rules on T&C.

Few days ago they credited my account with 5 EUR for playing like it make up for my canceled withdraw. That was funny!

I agree. I’ve never had a casino confiscate my balance and then block my account.

The reason? I breached a term and condition of a $50 free money no-deposit bonus. Allegedly. The best part: you had to deposit in order to withdraw! Lol.

I did actually read their Terms and Conditions. I even emailed them (I kept copies) and chatted with their agents (I also kept copies!)

Guess what? I FULLY adhered to their terms and conditions for the $50 free bonus! The bonus was DONE! Woot!

HOWEVER, several days after the bonus, AND over $1,000 of my own money deposited (I took no other bonuses), I win several thousand dollars.

I cash out.

The next day, several emails in rapid succession: 1. They manually change the withdrawal to $100, 2. They confiscate the rest of my balance, and 3. My account is closed. No explanation.

What transparent and fraudulent behaviour.

No matter - due to my professional training, the next steps for Boocasino will cost them way more than the money they stole from me

Be aware and avoid Boocasino.co, Boocasino.com or any casinos operated by Green Feather Gaming or Green Feather Online.

Stay safe. And good luck.
