I was on a £3 stake and was about £300 down, I then had the three skull&bones, which have me the bonus. I pressed play to enter the bonus game but I received an error message, which said to reload the game. This message kept on coming up everytime I tried to enter the bonus game. Corals attitude was 'nothing we can do about it' and they offered me my £3 stake back. I have sent this to their escalations department and filled a complaint with IBAS. Surely Corals can contact Playtech and get the amount that the bonus was going to pay me??? Also, I have noticed that Corals have not removed the said slot from their website. Has anyone else had an issue similar to this one? If so, then what was the outcome? Many Thanks Jason Link to comment

In regrads to your bonus game, I hope you recorded your session - that would benefit you greatly. If not, casinos AND providers have transaction logs. The response from Corals has been woeful, to say the least. My service is supposed to be better as I'm a priority customer. Link to comment

I won £140 odd on the first spin still had 4 remaining and the game said technical error. Couldnt get back into the game..i tried everything! Spoke to coral support they said they will look into it. Any ideas on what the outcome will be? All they have to do is to go to the game provider and they will tell them the x multiplier for the bonus. I had to keep on badgering Corals, you may have to do the same as initially they were fobbing me off with money back nonsense. Link to comment
