PokerNox Casino - Suspended accounts for brothers

Hello dear CG community!

I am writing to check with you if there are any other players have had this kind of situation of closed accounts on the casino.

First of all, we are two twin brothers players. We have 2 verified account on mentioned casino. (Different address and accounts)

Both got this email another day:

My brother took this chance(deposited 30+30 EUR bonus) and won 480.00 EUR after done wagering and asked for cashout. (Made a deposit from his home, different IP and location)

I took this deal the same day in the evening when the brother had already asked for a withdrawal. (Different location, IP and account as my brother) After a while, the next day both our account were suspended. (probably our IPs were the same because the next day we did go to the job in the same office). Of course, it was maybe stupid to make a deposit before my brother receives his winnings...

Both deposits were made with different IP, account, and person(skrill accounts).

Now casino claims that we have violated terms and have taken the same bonus (why did they send the offer on the first place?), and played the same slots with the same bet, really? I guess there are 10 000 people now playing Book of Dead on a 20p bet...

 

Never the less maybe someone has had this issue. Even if I have violated these terms than should I get closed account since my brother even didn't know I had the same offer as he did.

Which Casino is it? 

Usually, Casinogrounds can help with such if you signed up to any of their links. 

If not it might be hard to sort, but definitely worth to keep trying on your own

Hi!

 

Its PokerNox casino! I misspelled in the title.

Can some mod change it for me?

I am asking if someone has had such an experience with all casinos, not this one. Because we have played in a lot of casinos were we both are registered and verified and no problem since this.

The only problem i can see, is if you both was logging into that account, when in the Office or at another place using same ip. But you could complain to authorities, or submit a PAB.

We have already sent an email to license holder Antillephone and waiting for an answer from them.

Never the less we are waiting for Pokernox to answer as well because after frozen account we haven't had a single email from them. We know this information above only from our affiliation manager whose job isn't to care about these things for sure (we have some sites where pokernox is listed).

Now they have blocked my account by my request. I haven't even asked for it ?

I am a registered player in pokernox since April 2019.
I have been playing there for a while now.
I won 8540 euros last month made a withdrawal request.
A week later I found out that my account is frozen when I tried to login to my pokernox account.
I emailed support and their reply was :

Dear Somprasong,

your withdrawals and account have been frozen and your winnings have been forfeited due to violation of bonus terms and conditions.

Bonus T&C clearly states that:

The maximum allowed bet while wagering is 4€.
Table games are strictly forbidden to play with active Bonus
Player is responsible to completely clear the active bonus ( with automatic bonus cancellation or manual bonus cancellation by support or bonus rollover ) before making the next deposit. If player confirms deposit while bonus is still active, ignores the system message "Bonus is currently active, any new deposits will be used with the current bonus" and doesn't request bonus cancellation by the support than player agrees to continue playing with active bonus with all required Bonus terms and conditions.

I responded that I did not play with any bonus and that there isn't any bonus to my account while I was playing.
Since then they have not replied.
I also tried contacting through their live chat support but it's not working.
By submitting this complaint I hope that you will help me, thank you!
