Royal Panda making up new T&C

HI

So i made a account on Royal Panda from CG few days ago. 

Made few deposits and won some money. Send the same documents that i send to Guts and wishmaker this week (that got approved

Few days later i got  that my address verification its rejected. 

Reason: that it was too old. 

Ok, i send a new one, Government letter, Clear pic.

This time i get this answer: 

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept the document as it's a black & white copy.

 So i did go to live chat and ask what do they mean? The few letter/bills that i get in paper form is black and white. 

The answer is that the verification paper need to be in color, it does not mean that pic .. the paper need to be colored!

The few letter/bills that i get in paper form is black and white. we are living in 21st century in Finland and we don't use paper bills anymore.

I have no clue where im getting a colored official paper from, so need some help  @LetsGiveItASpin

What documents do I need to verify my address?

A scan, clear photo, PDF or screenshot of any official document addressed to you that is no more than six months old. This can include:

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
  • Bank statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Tax/welfare letter

No where it says that the document need to be in color, not in finish, Swedish or English. 

 

Here is one of the 4 documents i send to them (all rejected) I remove the info about me.

My account got verified by the same document that was rejected ?

I got my money.

Hey all, just FYI I've forwarded this to the head of the responsible department to have a look at. Not sure what went wrong exactly, but I can 100% assure you that we do NOT apply or endorse any tactics to delay payouts. It is our vision that with a better experience, customers will more happily return to us, thus resulting in more long term customers rather than a short term money grab with bad player experience. This will be looked at by the department and used as a learning to improve our service going forward.
