What are the odds of getting 3 bonuses in a row in jamming jars

Hey,

Just happened to get 3 bonus rounds in a row in jamming jars ( all of them were crap x wise tho, 11x, 20x, and 19x respectively ) and wondered what are the odds for that to happen. Thought it has to be quite rare. After those 3 consecutive ones I played few spins more and after 5 spins I got a another bonus which was little better ( 100x or so).

Just curious have you you guys had any crazy consecutive bonus rounds? Anyone had 4 or 5 in a row in any game?

Bonus round is 1 in 233 spins if I remember correctly.

Before the first bonus round, starting from a new spin the odds of the next 3 spins been a bonus round are 1 in 12 649 337     (233x233x233)

After a bonus round, the odds of the next 2 spins to also be bonus rounds is 1 in 54 289               (233x233)

Is it though? Aren't odds the same on every single spin since it's an independent event on each press? Theoretically you could get 10 bonuses in a row.. I'd call the above calculation probability rather than odds

yes, the odds are the same on every spin.

Just like on roulette, you rock up to the table and put a chip on 29, the odds of it coming 29 in the next spin is 1 in 37

The odds it coming in the next spin and then repeating is 1 in 1369 (37x37)

The odds are always 1 in 37 for the next number

Just like the odds of hitting a jamming jar bonus after you have just completed a Jamming Jars bonus is 1 in 233, and after that second bonus the odds of you hitting another on a subsequent spin are 1 in 233, but the probability of this sequence of events playing out prior to hitting the first bonus is 1 in 12 649 337

Odds and probability in this context are the same thing.

The odds of me going to Jamming jars now, doing 10 spins and all of them been bonus rounds are

233 x 233 x 233 x 233 x 233 x 233 x 233 x 233 x 233 x 233 (10 individual specific outcomes in a row that each have a 1 in 233 chance)

or 1 in 109,879,109,551,310,452,512,114,617

Had to google a calculator that count handle that number, hence the copy paste font change.

The odds of rolling a 6 on a 6 sided dice = 1 in 6 (1x6)

The odds of rolling a 6 after you have already rolled a 6 = 1 in 6 (1x6)

The odds of the next two rolls you throw both been 6 = 1 in 36 (6x6)

The odds of throwing 3 dice all at once and they all land on 6 = 1 in 216 (6x6x6)
