So I’ve been a member there a long time, had the same card (verified) no problems at all! Then today I get emails stating my withdrawal of a £1000 has been returned to my wallet and I need to verify my card! So I go to customer services and ask why the problem is they say that I need to verify a card ending 9622! I’ve never even heard of this card, so I ask them when I used it ect and they inform me that they can’t tell me anything about the card, the deposits or anything!! And tell me that I need to send a picture in of the card to verify it! So I then check my Apple Pay which states it send a device number instead of card number (9622) I then inform Rizk and send a screenshot of my Apple Pay.. which shows my card number then below it the device number! However they are still requesting to see some mysterious card ending in 9622! It’s took me three hours to get nowhere! Any suggestions? Link to comment
