They charge a service-fee for every deposit you make (deposit 27, get 25), but there’s no extra service in return. They send you a lot of interesting bonus offers (300 free spins, 200 free spins). Once you click the link in your email they’ll forward you directly to the deposit-section. Before you deposit they’ll show: BONUSCODE DRA300 ✅ (it’s filled in automatically) which gives you the feeling that you’re code has been accepted. Now it comes, they do this with expired codes as well!! They continuously give you the feeling that the code is working, they even automatically filled it in for you and give a check-mark. Once you complain they say: hmm you should have read the terms and conditions. In my opinion this is really wrong and I would like to warm all the Casinogrounds players for 21.com. Link to comment
