just kidding, nice to see some profit ;)

And to end this agony, I'm going to deactivate my Videoslots account.
They refused to refund my initial deposit after they cancelled and forfeited 9200e withdrawal.
My gameplay was completely normal and I won that money fair as I have lost my money many times before that win.

Unfortunately, I can't be objective since it's so much of my money in the game.

Askgamblers rejected my complaint with an explanation that T&C allows them to do that... But they were not working by their own T&C in a few ways.

It's pretty much game over now haha :D

Are you able to contact the mga or gambling commission or any other arbitration body? I would invite them to contact the police as they would look the fools if they did and you would have a record of the complaint.

That's a joke. Definitely take it further. Raise an official complaint then send to an ADR if they don't play ball. Only use MGA or UKGC if that doesn't work out.

Dear Players,

 

i am gaming since 5 Years. i loss a lot of money. During the time i figures out witch industry is behind this casinos and witch structures. 

And the end we are playing on 5 or 6 Industries but all the casinos are under different licence and sister Casinos. At the end they are telling they are undefended what is not the truth the most of them are sitting in the same building same adress, same manger. 

Also MGA Malta and the other licence comapnies are not investigate complaints enaught. All the Casinos proving as an example online gaming in Switzerland even this is illegal since 2019. They blame on the costumer that this is the responsible of the client to check the local laws. This means company terms can breach offical jurisdictions. 

Other Casinos breach they responsible gaming terms, ignore self exclusion, aloud to creat two accounts accept deposits but winnings will be void. 

 

End the End the costumer will lose everything, because the its not a fair game- it is strategy.

So Videoslots elsewhere are now claiming that ALL Edict/Merkur games were affected but only once your balance reached zero where the games accepted the bet and credited the winnings when the bets shouldn't have been accepted as there was no real money in the account.

With that statement it sounds like the games played as they should, and those who had a balance in their account won fair and square...

Yep that is the way that I interpret that too. So anybody who won whilst having a balance (not built up through bets whilst having a zero balance of course) should  not have had their winnings confiscated.

I talked to a support agent about the withdraws I made that they forfeited, without telling me a word. They also locked my account, also without telling me, even though it’s in their T&C that they will contact the player in the case of errors. 

The agent told me that since it’s in their T&C that all winnings from slots that’s not working correctly will be forfeited and that I therefore will not get my money back. 

When I then stated that they themselves are not following their own T&C I just got an apology and he told me that it was an ”honest mistake”.

I have screenshots of the whole conversation, but it is in Swedish. If there is any affected Swedish player here, please contact me so that we can take this further to Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling authoroty).

They should not have their license if they’re not following their own T&C, but punishes and threathens us players if we do not follow it correctly by every point.

Agree with a fair bit of that, especially around responsible gaming. Double standards all over the place. Happy to revoke winnings and return deposits but don't do so when the SE player loses with a historic exclusion.

@guste87 dont give them shit , and let them contact the police. who fckin cares. No chance the police is going to use ANY resources on that case. If i were u , i would use the money with no rmorse:)

All they told me there was technical issue and you didn't need to win 2k euros, you have to return money or we will contact Police.

I been gambing for around 15-16 years and i been loyal Videoslots customer for 3 years and i never experienced such treatmant.

Was there mistake last week when i lost 200 euros within minutes? Whats the point of playing Casinos if they can take your winnings if there was 'issue' in their system.

They can say whatever they want but i won if fair and square.

 

So yesterday i recived email from Videoslots that my account is unlocked and my balance was reduced from 200 euros to 39 euros (in attachment)

I am still under shock with all this non sence! If they can treat me like this and do this kind of stuff where is a point in playing online Casinos.

They told me that they had issues with Edict provider as far as i know Fruit Mania/Arabian Nights is uner Gamomat

Hope you guys are going to support me!

if your gaming sessions show that money actually was withdrawn on every bet you should get the money

if its been the issue that has happened that no bets were deducted but wins credited, then you obviously shouldnt be credited anything
