Some more information.

Videoslots are claiming elsewhere that no bets were deducted but wins credited on some Edict games over a period of time over the weekend hence their stance of asking for the winnings back. Apparently, 20 customers were affected which sounds a little low to me?

I haven’t deposited a penny at Video Slots, ever since my two deposit’s were Stolen in February. $500 and $550 left my checking account by E-transfer and auto deposited. They couldn’t find them and basically told me to F off.... I’d advice everyone to blacklist those scumbags.

May I ask where you got that information? If that’s the case, it explains why they locked my account, but I’m 100% sure that the balance that the slot stated i had was going down with my bets. And yes, if magic mirror was glitched like that it would be a lot more than 20 players getting affected from it. 

This really is a hot mess, and I’m actually kinda pissed off, mostly because the lack of answers but I also feel fooled by them and that I lost a lot of money that should be on my bank account by now.

Apparently they have said they will report people to the police if they don't return money.

1. They are a retailer who made a mistake so there is nothing criminal here

2. It would be a civil matter in a civil court where they would have to fund legal costs

3. It's absolutely scandalous that a casino can try and bully a player by threatening police action, causing anxiety and upset

I won 2 k euros on Fruit Mania/Golden Nights jackpot (Yewel) as far as i know that slot isn't under Edict provider. (which they stated got affected by technical issues).

They took 160 euros from my Videoslots account balance from my Merkur session. Slots were working fine. But according to Videoslots they reserve the right to tell you when you win 'Slot had technical issues'. Thats called cheating and Casino i once trusted turned out to be cheating casino.

I saw @Slotplayerlost 200 euros same day as i played and in his case when he lost they decided games were working well. I won playing same games and when you actually win games are not working well.... JOKE!

If they can take your legit winnings just like that i don't see point in playing on their site anymore.

So after all this non sense i closed my Videoslots account.

 

Can anyone recomend legit Casino?

I closed my account on videoslot as well after trying to get my winnings back. They opened up my account again but i didn’t even get my original deposit back, despite it saying in their terms that I should. Their terms also says: ”In the event of an error, Videoslots will notify the Player of the error, void all bets and/or wagers and cancel any winnings. Videoslots will seek to place all parties directly affected by such an error in the position they were in before the error occurred.” 

But I didn’t hear a single thing before I reached out to them, didn’t get any of my money back even though i had a fair amount of money in my balance before playing merkur slots, they just took my winnings and locked my account without saying a word, even though that I could not have possibly known at all that there was some kind of malfuncion. Complete bullshit. Will stick to LeoVegas only from now on.

All they told me there was technical issue and you didn't need to win 2k euros, you have to return money or we will contact Police.

I been gambing for around 15-16 years and i been loyal Videoslots customer for 3 years and i never experienced such treatmant.

Was there mistake last week when i lost 200 euros within minutes? Whats the point of playing Casinos if they can take your winnings if there was 'issue' in their system.

They can say whatever they want but i won if fair and square.

 

So yesterday i recived email from Videoslots that my account is unlocked and my balance was reduced from 200 euros to 39 euros (in attachment)

I am still under shock with all this non sence! If they can treat me like this and do this kind of stuff where is a point in playing online Casinos.

They told me that they had issues with Edict provider as far as i know Fruit Mania/Arabian Nights is uner Gamomat

Hope you guys are going to support me!

I've seen it all now, that is shocking, you should contact your gambling authority immediately and show them this, Videoslots needs shutting down for such actions.

I haven’t got a single cent from them, no winnings, not even the balance i had before playing merkur. I had 6sek (0.6€) when my account got unlocked, but i had around 50€ before playing any merkur slots.

Only those where withdrawals had already been processed and they have permanently locked the accounts unless the players want to return the money lol

Ah.... so you never received the winnings then? It looks like those that received the money will not be asked to pay it back then.

Exactly, i did a cashout but never recieved the money before they locked my account, and now they have all the winnings + my original deposit.

I lost my withdrawal and initial deposit. Slot was acting completely normal, I won but there is another story now... -.-"

I had the same thing!! I was playing Magic Mirror II and Bonanza at the same time, deposited £10, cashed out £300 but was still going, my balance went up to another £250, then my account was deactivated and all the money disappeared. including my £10 deposit. I received the same email, they're now looking into what was spent and what stakes were made to see what I'm owed back. If I don't get anything back then will want to take it further.
