Frank&Fred Withdraw problem

I didn't have no problems at FrankFred I just sad they cash me out over night . But maybe is there a problem whit your documents,45 day is very long,I mean ha?

Hey,

I unfortunately have nothing new to bring to the table. Payments team is still hard at working mitigating this transaction problem. It was an unforeseen issue, which unfortunately caught us, and most of the other Operators by surprise. Transfers via Skrill Rapid Transfer and Neteller have been properly processed lately. 

Advise is still to speak to Support, who will be able to trace the latest status on your transaction and advice accordingly. And please keep calm, there's definitely no Support agent delaying your withdrawal in any way.

If you are so confident that the money will appear sooner or later ( or are you?), why not just put the money back on the player account already? then you can keep the money that one day comes from a third party

please explain to me why this is not possible, for here it must be something i do not understand?

There has been a lot of frustration on my part, so i just want to say that FrankFred is a good casino whit a loyalty program better than most casinos, just a shame this problem has ruined a bit.

I am 100% confident that you will receive your money. There is no scenario where we would keep any funds.

In terms of putting the money back, it's a bit more tricky and it's outside my field of expertise. But in general, money is not transfered instantly, f.e a deposit using Card is not credited to the actual Operator until several days after money was credited on a player account. In terms of these withdrawals, money has been sent via different processors, some of which have not accepted these transactions. What happens is basically that money is being re-routed back, in the best case scenario, but gets delayed in "limbo" in the worst cases. 

As previously communicated, the Support team are able to give you the latest status on any transaction and advise further.

Im just gonna start out by saying that i really enjoy playing at FrankFred, their reward system is amazing. 

BUT i also had the same issues as you, had won up to around 6k Nok and there was not even a way to withdraw. They told me "yeah its going to be fixed friday or at latest saturday. 3 weeks later still no fix, money went into the hole and i cant get myself to play there untill i know that theese issues are fixed.

Some time later they also told me a way to withdraw with e-wallets, but i myself have not used them since i had massive trouble with skrill a year ago or so. 

I really hope your issue is solved soon, and that the Norwegian gov can stop doing us this bad. Its not helping a single bit to not let us withdraw our money again atleast.

Happy to read that there's been progress! Also happy to read kind words :)

As previously communicated E-wallets are working, and specifically Skrill Rapid Transfer. We are also releasing a new method shortly, which is looking really good in the initial tests. Will keep you posted on when we manage to get it Live.
