TopSymbolKate Posted 9 June, 2019 Share Posted 9 June, 2019 Just had the wonderful experience of joining Videoslots and making my first deposit of $150. I assumed (and my mistake I did not read the T&Cs) that it worked like other deposit bonuses at Casumo, LeoVegas, etc. etc. etc. and that you would have the deposit match to play with and then if the play-through was met you would be able to withdraw winnings. Apparently not...after playing through my initial $150 and seeing that I had $150 sitting in the bonus area, I wondered why I couldn't access it. The chat rep told me that you needed to play through the deposit in 10% increments and I had only played through 6% and therefore would not have access to the first 10% of my bonus. WTF. How have I only played through 6% with that deposit?? Feels like a scam. Not only the play-through but the whole idea that this is your first experience with the Casino, you deposit funds and get a 100% match bonus that you would need to continually deposit to even get access to? JOKE! Okay rant over..... Link to comment
olempiaps Posted 10 June, 2019 Share Posted 10 June, 2019 I had the same experience and avoided VS like a plague. Link to comment
Slotspinner Posted 10 June, 2019 Share Posted 10 June, 2019 you guys just dont understand bonuses. if you want to play slots anyway, these bonuses are always better to have then not to have, its just extra funds if you want to play slots regardless Link to comment
