Proof of Address - Again, no problem, but where is the automated check Affordability Assessment - WTF, bank statement showing incoming amounts to show that I can afford to gamble? What the actual fuck. I find this intrusive. Anyone else had similar experiences elsewhere? Link to comment

I don't mind the verification stuff, thats ok, but they seem to have abandoned the electronic route. Were they doing it properly in the first place? Another casino I was verified with has asked for docs all of a sudden to "verify" me. Funnily enough I have been with them 3 years and made numerous deposits and withdrawals so what happened to the previous verification? The affordability is just simply bullshit for me. Truth be told, UKGC introduced this new rule and each casino implemented it in the different way. It is seen as "invasion" to players but if you want to keep playing, you'll have to submit the affordability sooner or later, there's no way around. haggistrainer Posted 6 July, 2019 Share Posted 6 July, 2019 I had same problem last week, been playing a few years, went to log in, "account suspended - verification required", ID, address, payment was all verified. got asked for recent address vereificatio, & ID. took 3 days to sort. logged in OK, then got logged out, and asked for bank statement for further address & financials. All sorted now. similar happend with skyvegas, all I had to do was re-submit ID. Link to comment
