Calzone Withdraw Issues

Hey everyone,

I recently won on Casino Calzone.  I've been playing here for a few months now.  Please note that I have done the following:

- I have submitted proof of ID with  7 different documents on separate occasions.
- I am a resident of Canada
- I deposit using iDebit

Now, in the past I have always deposited iDebit and NEVER had an issue depositing.  The money is instantly taken from my bank account.
My first win was $450.  I cashed that out using the "Bank Transfer" method.  IT was in my bank account in a few days.  Everything was smooth.
I then continued to hit a few more wins, and same thing, cashout through my bank. Never an issue.

Recently I won again, and tried the bank withdraw method.  This time it kept getting kicked back to my account.  I inquired why and they said they didn't know why it 
wasn't working.  They said "it must be the same account you deposit from"... well it is.  Still doesnt work.

They then said try through iDebit.  Everytime I try to withdraw using iDebit, and error screen pops up saying contact Casino Calzone.

Everytime I contact they say "seems fine on our end it should work"... 

It's been WEEKS of back and forth with NO RESULTS.  Nothing on my end has changed as in methods of deposit or info.  Its always worked before and now it wont.

Has anyone else had this issue? It's dirving me NUTS that I have funds in my account that I want to withdraw and I can't.

This is really annoying me beyond belief.  How does it work before and now nothing?

Also had a minor issue, withdrew funds on Saturday morning and with every other casino and also including calzone it has arrived in the bank at 3.16pm British time the next working day, still have nothing obviously it might be in there today but very strange...

Have you tried to tell the customer service assistant to make the withdrawal for you ? They should  be able to withdraw it on your behalf if you authorise them to do so !? Just a suggestion as I have never withdrawn from Calzone so I dont know how it works. Hope you sort it :)

Okay so here’s what’s happened. They’ve deleted my iDebit and I had to redeposit for it to work. Wrong. It never worked. Then they did it again and INSISTED it’ll work this time. Nope. That’s an extra $40 I’ve deposited trying to get this work. So not only am I not getting my money, I’m paying more to even attempt it to work. If they don’t figure this out I’ll be trying to find alternative routes on getting my money from Calzone. I won’t be playing here anymore. Ever. I’m beyond livid this is almost 2-3 weeks now.
