[RESOLVED] Calling out Casino Calzone

After winning 1.3k in a DOA2 Bonus, unfortunately it was in bonus funds, this is fine but it means I could only withdraw £1000. I had a wagering limit on my account meaning I couldn't wager through the remaining £60 before I could withdraw. I went to live chat to get a better understanding and so that I had proof that if  anything "happened" to my bonus funds I would have some sort of back up, Low and behold it was deleted and all I was offered is 50 spins for my 1.3k.

Nick slots being a main affiliate of this casino I put nothing but trust in these guys and have played through lots of money here.

Not surprised..also joined them through Nick, and never had a worse experience during verification: it was very unprofessional and got the feeling i was dealing with a bunch of kids..closed account due to that

Also did deposit quite a bit in a short time, but i was lucky i won pretty big on my first deposit, so closed account when i was still up..

Hope they can sort this and you get your winnings reinstated mate!

I ideally need Nick to speak to calzone as I think he would probably be able to Speak to the higher ups, who must be oblivious of the situation as surely they wouldn't let this slide. I know he is going through some shit atm so can't really do much right now. But yeah wow I have lots of mates that gamble with calzone and would advise anybody who thinks about joining to think twice unless something is done about this. I would say the offer of 50 spins is just a kick in the balls aswell. Really hope somebody can help.

Is DOA 2 not banned from bonus funds use like the original DOA was at most casinos?

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what happened. Did you try to make a withdrawal before having completely wagered the bonus? Or did you just wanna leave the bonus in your account until you could wager more, and it then got deleted the following day?

Firstly congrats on the win man I'm guessing a couple wildlines? And I've never heard of wagering limit for a casino before but it's sounds a bit weird like, did the live chat give you a timeframe as to when you'd be able to wagering again like "You'll be able to wager the remaining £60 tomorrow" or whatever, but what have live chat said to this cause surely they're the first people you went to? I hope you get your winnings brother and that you hear back soon.

Can't believe they offered 50 spins, the audacity is insane. All that matters is that the live chat said the bonus will still be there and the "bonus team" confirmed this. Surely that in its self is enough to have this reinstated. Pissed of is an understatement. The fact that this casino is so frequently advertised and. pushed by other casino members boggles my mind.

Did Livechat just say "sorry about that, we'll give you 50 spins instead" or what have they said, also don't use those 50 spins cause that means you're technically accepting their offer.

Pretty much! I won't play a penny at that casino until nick hopefully sorts something out for me because I know he would only push legit casinos and they would listen to him. I hope.

@Nick May be a little busy currently check his twitter , Are there no other streamers who have good contacts with Calzone?

@@Ryan Quick questions 1.Was this a welcome bonus/deposit bonus or winnings from a free spins bonus? 2. Did you try to withdraw the funds or request a withdrawal through the live chat. 3. When was this bonus activated and just give me a time frame for when all this happened. I'll try and help out as best I can man.

Quick update for anybody that is interested, calzone have emailed me and given me 1000 in compensation to sort this out. This is what a real casino would do and I would recommend calzone to anybody now. Thanks for everyones advice and it was sorted promptly by the professional employees of calzone.

Nice that you got it sorted out. I know that Calzone has a maximum cashout of £1000 from either bonus money or free spin winnings (after wagering) so I think this is the correct way of handling it.

Typical casino behaviour there. You don't want to know how many times i got robbed of winnings because of excuses. I would still not recommend the casino to anyone even though it is resolved. This should not have happened in the first place and i'm pretty sure that if you did not speak out of it they would have not resolved it like they did.

 

Let this be a warning to potential customers. The phrase 'Customer is king' is not uphold in casino land.

What is so wrong here? The casino has resolved the dispute in an amicable way and money has been given to the customer. This casino is a decent casino so I have no idea what you mean in this post.

No offence to NickG but he's just being very cynical guy cause he's had a bad loss streak on the casino, so everything in his eyes is a "scam" or "rigged". Ya know?

Another little update. Still have not received the money that was approved last saturday, have asked every other day where it is and they just said don't worry wait it out etc etc, now they want a copy of my May Bank statement which I have now sent across! How do you lose £1000?
