Jammin Jars multiplier bug

Have anyone else notised when you get a wild jars symbol in a winning combination and it make a jump to next fall it sometimes stay at the same multiplier as before the jump Ive seen it 3 times. 

This started when my JJ slot version tirned to swedish from english some weeks ago, also my payout is now around 20% and sooo hard triggering free spins. Also problem with "cashier problem at casino partner" and slot need restart. Probably lost more than €8000 now in a couple of days, Never seen this slot this strange before betting 4kr-10kr.. But now when I upped my bet tp 20-60kr the slot totally changed from being "normal" in all other 4000 sessions since it came..

Damn bro I don't play Jammin that often cause it rips me something bad but be careful if you're looking 8000 euro man maybe switch slots now and then.

It has been fair and random for me always but now bugs and suuper tight and no variation, like sllys woth high potential, chasining only max 5000x or 10000x is not enough for me. Those slots is trash

I've seen the jams skip the animation of the money counting and the multiplier getting added, but it does get added.

I'm guessing you are tilting a bit so try not to get mad at me but, an observed bug possibly isn't playing out as your mind is telling you. It's not fair to the game provider to state there is a bug with their game without some concrete proof. To err is human, we all make mistakes, especially when emotionally charged.
