mrslaper Posted 4 May, 2019 Share Posted 4 May, 2019 hey guys, i was streaming for a friend dont wonder why the steam is not very good I was betting on 4 rolls but in the bonus i got no money and at the end of the 4 rolls i got my bet back . live support told me my internet was the problem and never reached evolution gaming .. as u can see no lags at all and other players had the same problem in chat . dkmikes Posted 5 May, 2019 Share Posted 5 May, 2019 Same thing happend to me well allmost, got a post about it in here but i placed a bet on 2 rolls where game froze up and finished in the background, my bet did show up in the game unlike yours but after 5 mins of waiting for the game to finish and we got back to the wheel no one got the win and host was not saying a word few mins later they closed down the game and live chat was ignoring us all. So yeah i wouldent get my hopes up ever seeing your win, its been over 40 hours ago since my win and still havent gotten it and i expect i never will. Link to comment

I dont know for what reason but as u can see in ur clip the betting time is stuck at 1 sec for several seconds (and at that moment bets is actually closed even though it says 1 second) so u "can" bet but u get your bet back after the round is finished. Also you could tell in the bonus it said bonus bet 25€ instead of 15€. Feels bad for u but i dont think it's much u can do about it since u got your bet back instantly after the round finished. If someone with the right contacts takes this to the relevant licensing bodies, it could certainly lead to some fines or lawsuits. You can't just have peoples money disappear. Sure there's the 'ole 'Malfunction voids all plays and pays' but that does not mean the original stake shouldn't be returned. So someone need to check their log-system, as that seems to be inadequate. I just lost a few euros, but people like the O.P. betting bigger, and having money disappear, will feel the pain more intense. And it's just outrageous. So many people outraged in the chat, people getting cut off by ingame live chat, to me that is enough reason to pull a game. Hope more people speak up, post vid's and do something. The more that gets posted (especially video proof) the stronger the case, and therefore pressure for Evolution to fix it. They are after all responsible for the proper workings of this Game. dkmikes Posted 5 May, 2019 Share Posted 5 May, 2019 problem is evollution couldent care less about us customers, the day it went down on me where i dident get my win it was down for proberly 45 mins, came up had the same errors and crashes as before and it went down again after maybe 10 mins, it did like that the hole night and the following morning, thats a pretty clear statement that they dont even try to fix the problems but only think about getting it back up as fast as possible to make more money untill someone shuts the hole buissness down. The number of diffrend issues there has been with monopoly live is absolutly insane, broken flappers that either stops wheel to fast or take 4 mins to stop, or even go backwards, computer that runs so slow that it wont allow the host to spin the wheel for a very long time so there is 5 mins between spins, and ofc the wins they steal from you witch is the worst error ive ever seen, you would think all those issues would have been fixed from running dream catcher but apprently not. A good buissness would take the game down even for weeks untill they had found and fixed all issues but thats not evolutions way. Link to comment
