Casumo withdrawals

Hi guys. Has anybody noticed erratic withdrawal times on casumo lately? I had a win on weds which was approved within an hour but last night I had a win and it’s 14 hours later and still no approval ? went I to live chat and was told they are busy and there’s no problem

If you use a card its the next full day but one when it hits your bank,eg win on wednesday and withdraw,in your bank friday or saturday if your win was later in the evening.

Thanks for the reply. My withdrawal started at 21.52 last night and eventually approved at 13.45 today. Not great when other operators are much quicker

I find that its pretty much the same across the board when using a card.

It’s not the length of time it takes to get to my account it’s the approval time

I think you have to factor in the human factor and how many other withdrawals take place over the same time period,

Unibet process withdrawals in two hours to cards Its normally in my bank within 24 same as betfred. Heart bingo was the quickest withdrew at 18.55 money was in my bank at 10.30 the next morning and that was for £1.800.

Yes Geordie I’ve the same experience ie quick approvals with Unibet Leo Vegas bet365 etc it’s seems casumo need to maybe hire more staff lol

They reversed my withdrawal the other day, when I logged on few days later to see what was going on ,I noticed the money was back in my  cosumo account , I then contacted live support straight away to be told there was a technical error !!!!!!! Hhhmm. I did receive my winnings in the end
