kelsey1983° Posted 24 April, 2019 Share Posted 24 April, 2019 Hi there folks, Today i have yet again used a link from casinogrounds . the 21.com casino. I have only played bonanza there and depsoited 1100 euro in total. In the 1800 spins or more i did there i got 2 bonus rounds.'One payd 15x and the other payed 20x. What was strange about this session is that i was playing a mobile version on there site and i was on my laptop. After i have lost i went to the transaction page and checked out my game history transactions, what i saw there really upset me . the game i was playing showed up as vanguard gaming . Thats a dutch gaming company based in holland that design games that already exist . So what happend there ? i was playing a fake btg game that whas not btg . when i spoke to the chat they tried to come up whit alot of excuses but in the end they had nothing to say . i have recorded everythibg and i added a screen shot so you guys can check it out. I have send this also to the gaming commision as this is unfair to players that think they are on a btg platfrom playing there game. I already have metioned this before why do casinogrounds owners not check the casino's they promte. this is really wrong. So i warning do not sign up to that casino . have a go on casumo or calzone . Let's see if one of the big boys can explain this , sorry for my bad english Link to comment
Alex_21com Posted 24 April, 2019 Share Posted 24 April, 2019 Hello Kelsey, I am sorry that you have had a bad run in our casino. We get the BTG games through the Microgaming platform Quickfire and I can assure you that they are genuine. Vanguard is just a product/backoffice of Microgaming. I agree that it looks bad that we are picking this up in the gaming history and not specifying exact studio and/or platform. We will look at getting this resolved asap. We have zero connection with this Dutch rip-off studio mentioned. Br 21.com Team Link to comment
