The name on the credit card or the name of the (bank) account holder should be identical to the name the player entered when registering for an Account. Link to comment

From my perspective, if somebody knowingly breaks terms like this - especially when it's done systematically - the best case for the player should be getting the deposit back. What you are doing is typical behavior for somebody's who's either bonus abusing or have self excluded with their own details - and in either case the casino should nullify all play on the account, as the bare minimum. That might sound harsh but this is reality and things cant go with your terms everytime. Your case is closed and you dont even know it yet. Link to comment

Just to confirm this, you're not allowed to use any method that is not your own at Casumo. If you did, the normal action we take is asking for documentation to allow a withdrawal to the same method, the continuation of using another persons payment method or use a different payment method that is not your own is definitely not allowed. You know that it's against T&Cs but you keep doing it, why? Because you got out ok with some other sites? Because the boyfriend gambles and he can get an extra welcome bonus by signing up his girlfriend too but she's like ok I'll let you use my ID but you're not using my bloody credit card ? jaws38 Posted 28 March, 2019 Share Posted 28 March, 2019 How was it even possible to deposit with another persons card or was it also he´s details used for registering?. I´ve never come across a casino that would allow non matching details on account/card. Link to comment

Hard to criticise the casino in this case. I think you are right he has used wrong card to sign up. It is very important to read the instructions so that you don't go wrong. Link to comment
