Just wanted to do some blitz on Dead or Alive and got welcomed with thís on Speedy casino.

Translation: Hi hope you have a good time at our site.

We know it can be a hassle, but to garante a quick and non messy service we and all other gaming companys with a Swedish licens need you to send in some documents for us.

We need as follow

One salary specification to show your salary (not older then 3 month)

One account withdraw that shows your in and outcome for the last 3-6 month on the account you use to play with on Speedycasino.com

Or some other bullshit if you have gotten money from like invensments and other stuff.

Now the i get this 100% and im totally fine with providing this BUT.

Im not okey when i just deposited and this is in my face the sec i get in to the page.

I can see that Speedy has taken the money from my account, but without giving in to these demands my money is now Locked on there site.

Only way to get my money back is to send in the documents.

Should there not be atleast an option for players to say Umm fuck this give me my deposit back?

All i get from the chat support is the same bullshit over and over Send in the documents bla bla.

Wtf, have they gone completely insane?

Verification is fulfilled when logging in with Bank-ID, other than that the only thing required is setting deposit limits. This is like being asked to prove where you got your money from buying groceries at the store…

I'm afraid this will become the new norm. Players from UK are already required to fulfill SoW (source of wealth) requests. Basically casinos check players playing patterns (bets, deposits, etc) and based on that the players accounts get flagged for a SoW check. It's to check whether player is playing within its means or is spending too much. Once you submit the requested documents, they will review them and if needed, set a deposit limit for the player.
