Hello all degens.

I have bought a laptop, a Macbook. I want to start recording when playing slots so that I can upload videos to the forum instead of pictures. There are so many programs out here, I want to be able to record in 1080P and that it also records the sound. So what's the most popular program for that amongst you casinodegens?

What do you use for recording the screen?

And what do you use for editing the videos that you have recorded?

Downloaded the OBS and read Nicks guide, but I have trouble getting the sound recorded. OBS seems complicated for just wanting to record the screen and the sound.

Hey! Its known issue with Mac and OBS not being able to capture sounds. I believe you need a virtual driver of some kind that will forward the sound from your Mac to OBS. Google about it, I'm not sure what's the name.

I've read about it, watched a how to video on Youtube. First time I tried to record, it recorded the video but not the sound, then I managed to fix the sound part, so now OBS records the sound but not video, confusing as fudge.. Tilted me so much so OBS has been uninstalled now ?

Honestly, you should've bought a normal PC, for me personally Mac is a nightmare to use so I avoid it as it's really not Streaming friendly.

That may be true! But i switched from PC 10 years ago, and Mac is so much better in many other ways, but lets not turn this into a Mac vs PC thread ?

i will just have to try all the other programs that are out there, have Googled a bit and there is a bunch of them. When i find something that is easy to use i will post it here..
