dkmikes Posted 15 February, 2019 Author Share Posted 15 February, 2019 It dosent say anything about what the coin value is on the promotion, but since its 50% match on your deposit, the coin value is set by saying that, last time i had issues with them they did fix it so i expect they will this time to, if not then its just a pure scam, i mean how would anyone be able to accept 5% bonus in an offer that say 50%match on your deposit, it really makes you wonder who make those texts at mrgreen that person should get kicked out to unemployment. I have to agree with that. I deposit lots on MrGreen. Rarely get anything and when I do get something, it is a bonus with very unclear terms. Like 50% deposit but it doesn`t state that you have to play through the deposit before bonus is credit and in the end you have to contact support to get them into your account! @zaktron I don`t agree with the VIP thing. It seems random on MrGreen. I know people who gets VIP treatment because they won a large amount, but myself didn`t win anything significant, but deposited a lot. Rarely gets anything, but like 10fs a month! I consider stop playing there, they do have great game selection though. Link to comment

Dont feel any kind of vip treatment from them either, i have won big at mrgreen one time but that dident do much, i think they proberly got one of the worst support service out there, and promotions seems to go bad alot to, a few weeks ago they had a 100% deposit bonus that dident work, went to chat suppor and i was number 88 in line...so i let it stay in the background, around 2 hours later i got a hold on support and then the chat server crashed and even though i told them about the problem before the chat went down, no one looked into it just got ignored i guess...so around 5 hours later i got the issue fixed, doing that time i tried to call the support phone number in opening hours and no luck it was closed.....mrgreen is one to be carefull around with promotions and errors and bad texts thats for sure. Still havent heard anything back from them about that viking free spins, but not giving up yet lol Link to comment
TrustworthyC Posted 18 February, 2019 Share Posted 18 February, 2019 I usually get awesome treatment @ MrGreen, i noticed a few of those unclear terms/bonuses not working properly recently, and i assume it has to do with the latest merger (they took over Redbet fairly recently) as i think they have been swapping or mixing the staff from both sites - but don't quote me on that. So either they are currently understaffed/overstaffed, or some of the customer service employees are also working @ MrGreen now, and still have to learn the ropes there, as the T&C's from both sites and their VIP treatment are not quite the same..but, whatever the issue, it does always get resolved there (so far - and that is from about 7 years of frequent play) IF sometimes you feel underrated as player, feel free to ask the chat rep to elevate it, and you may be surprised. You usually have to wager your deposit once before free spins are credited but you can withdraw any winnings before accepting the free spins. Link to comment

I got 25 spins if it had been like you said i should have gotten 250 spins on a 500 deposit so no matter how you look at it they made a mistake.... BUT i finaly got a reply from them and the support just got from bad to pretty much illegal, they had the nerves to send a mail back telling me the promotion i shown a picture of was not the promotion they had sendt to me, and they sendt the same picture along where they have changed all the text on it, iam pretty sure document falsification isent legal and thats pretty much what they have done....and its kinda funny since i still got the original mail from them with the real picture.... Lets see if our gambling authority in Denmark is worth anything and see what they have to say about this issue ? Link to comment
