AVOID CASINO CALZONE LIKE THE PLAGUE

 Hi guys I’ve been trying to withdraw money from casino calzone the two weeks now. I have sent all my relevant documents 24 days ago and every single day since then I’ve spent over two hours on live chat and sent over 150 emails trying to get verified that clearly very annoyed I want huge amount from three spends that they gave me and made extremely difficult for me to verify my account. I’m absolutely appalled and heartbroken but stupidly enough I reversed the withdrawal and lost all this is due to waiting over two weeks to withdraw my money on the live chat every single day countless emails. I’m absolutely livid how bad the Customer service is I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for nearly a month now with no joy the documents I have sent have been approved on other casinos within two hours e.g. video slot. I’ve all I do use these documents since I’ve started gambling and they’ve never been denied every single day they will ask for a new document and then promise that’s the last thing they need and then the next they will come they will do the same thing guys you really need to avoid this casino absolutely appalled by then please do not use this casino I’m calling for a boycott if anyone needs any proof they can message me if this post gets deleted we obviously know the casino grounds are getting paid by them.

Sorry to hear about your issues on a casino i actively promote. What were the issues with verification? You should always get verified before depositing, which i advise on stream.

Will try get Calzone to repond to this thread to see where the issues are. It’s a real shame you spent the money as i could of helped you get verified, but i can’t help recover lost deposits and/or cancelled withdrawals.

Negative feedback for this Casino from my referrals is extremely low and overall feedback is positive but mistakes can still happen especially where live chat is concerned.

Mate if you need to see I sent EVERY document they asked for 3 times. I advise you to stop promoting a shit casino mate. I hit a 5000x at 40p and my withdrawal got rejected I asked on live chat and they kept stalling me they knew what they were doing also ‘amanda’ from the live chat even admitted it. She obviously hates her job and is an honest person and could see I had sent every document perfectly 3 times. Bag of shit mate over 150 emails exchanged and at least 20 hours on the live chat and they would ‘promise me’ this would be the Last document they needed. I even threstsened them that I would post on here if they didn’t hurry up I don’t mind waiting a week but 20 days is taking the fucking piss. £2000 may not be a lot of money to you but it is to me. Yes it’s my fault for reversing but when I’ve been waiting 22days to be verified mate and I’ve got 2k in my account what do u expect. What would you of done? The same as me without a doubt. Absolute shit casino and I will be actively posting about how awful there customer service is. I like you nick and I watch your videos but you should seriously think about what I’ve just said they are doing it to lots if people.

You say that they’re doing it to lots of people but this is the first time ive seen anything like you have experienced.

If they were doing this to all my players i would of pulled the links months ago.

You reversed the money and spent it so i can’t help you there, but i can get an official response as to why things were delayed.

Why did you wait so long before posting on here?

Nick mate why would I lie, I’f you need the emails and how many I sent from the first to the last day I sent them in more then happy to shed some light. I first tried to withdraw £500 nearly 20 days ago after running up a 20£ balance. It got rejected they asked for documents. My proof of address etc I gave them all of that. Then EVERY single day the would ask for a new document. They would say ‘send a picture of your card’ then lie about the quality saying it wasn’t of standard. They are thieving c*nts. I specifically asked on several occasions over email and on live chat ‘will this be the last document you need’ they would promise me it would be. Clearly not. They would then say it takes up to 24 hours for us to process the documents. 23 hours exactly every Time they would take and email me back saying they needed a new document trying to stall me as much as possible. They knew what they were doing as I said ‘Amanda’ in live chat even admitted they stalk players who win big amounts in hopes they reverse it. So yeah get them in here and they can explain why they took 22 days to verify me   (Btw still not verified) and I sent my last documents 2 days ago. There a Piece if shit casino simple as. If you want to promote that good for you if that’s what pays the bills whatever.

Heya @Maxsinclair I understand your rage, but I think what Nick's point was that if we or our streamers promote a casino, feel free to reach out here on the forum or PM the streamer that promotes the casino, usually that way things can be done quite quicker if there's circumstances like yours. If you wish to, you can send me your Casino Calzone username and I can have your case looked into (what went wrong with verification etc and if there's some room for something extra for the trouble).

You seem a bit annoyed because you spent your cash rather than waiting for the withdrawal to be sorted out and that's not the casino's fault. All casinos have these problems but they can be sorted out eventually, and  I've had a few myself. You do advertise the need for a lock withdrawal option at all casinos though,this should be mandatory.
