Hello everyone! Rickard from Wishmaker here

@Rexxor420

Sadly Skrill and Netteller are excluded deposit methods for our welcome offer, so you will not be able to claim our welcome bonus using these two methods.

Kind regards

May i ask what the reason for this is? It's still Money, isnt it?

The fee we (players) pay depositing via visa/mastercard is in the long run just a Waste of Money. Using e-wallets is in every way much better.

Do you miss out on some fee profits by allowing e-wallets for deposits?

@pausefisk

Looking generally at the casinos offering similar welcome bonuses there is very few that actually offer bonuses whilst using E-wallets.

The decision was made on a company level that we will not offer a E-wallet option in order to claim welcome bonuses. We do however have the option of depositing "normally" using E-wallets but no welcome offer will be available to players using a E-wallet to deposit.

Please get back to me if there is any other questions.

Kind regards

/Rickard

80% of OnlineCasinos are'nt give any Bonus for an E-Wallet-deposit... most skrill & neteller ...
..but as a GermanGambler (that i am) i've more and more the problem:

... that I can not deposit with skrill although it is available to me as a deposit method ...
As a message I get there then:
No deposited funds can be used for this merchant ...: /

... usually recognizable by the fact that skrill is offered as a deposit, but not as a payout method ...
...at WishMakeR this is the case for me at the moment, but later i'll do my 1st deposit with you and take a look at it take a closer look! :)

Feedback will follow! ;)

E-wallets are notoriously exploited when it comes to bonus abuse and charge-backs, costing all parties involved a lot of money.

It also has to do with being more difficult to validate in a satisfactory manner. Licensed and regulated online casinos (MGA UKGC) NOT Cyprus / Curacao-listed ones) have to follow standard and "extended" KYC-procedures.

To expand on the matter:

A lot of companies simply doesn't bother including these methods due to the increase in cost for the payments & fraud teams, as there are other areas of focus that yield a higher ROI.

That, and the fact that qualified seniors in these departments are worth their weight in gold, literally. They also add to the expenses due to all the training, courses and qualifications they need.

The cost and spend on diff. payment providers also depends on what markets the casinos are into. This is where local laws, and a lot of other stuff comes in to play.

Yes, E-wallets do advertise their connection with ANY merchant their services can be used on, but it's up to the merchant to chose to which extent they want / do not want to make use of their services.

If I as an operator have access to multiple services, it makes sense for me to choose the ones that are safe and secure, cost effective, and widely adopted, and that has to be done pr. market weighed vs. the overall global reach of my brand. Certain payment methods are associated with risk, as anything else in this world. I am willing to do (in example) E-wallets due to the widespread, global adoption - while at the same time needing to mitigate risks, such as bonus abuse.

@CGDL how can e-wallets be used as "bonus abuse" compared to depost from e.g. visa? I mean, how can e-walltes abuse a bonus more than a visa card. I'm asking because i obviously dont see the Whole Picture here… Do you have any example?

This question puzzles me too. Its much easier to simply steal a credit/debit card and use it than to transfer money from a bank account to an ewallet and then log into both casino account and ewallet and then deposit to somebody else's account!

@pausefisk and @BoracicLint. Let's not hijack this thread from the Casino Rep and people having questions re. this operator.

Here's my short answer.

1. Bonus abuse / Multi-accounting / Abuse rings.
- Psychological threshold for ID-falsification / abusing relatives / friends names to create new accounts with low limits before KYC to burn trough bonus was low and rampant in the past. People still attempt to defraud operators using this method till this day, but it's easier to catch due to harder KYC-policies by ewallets compared to before.

2. Fees (not really, but just a guess)

3.  AML (Anti Money Laundering). Primarily UKGC-licensed casinos. Check out this Letter to online casino operators

With that said, let's leave the thread alone if not specifically for Wishmaker. Any questions? PM me.

@meduza84

Sadly due to the Swedish new regulations we are not allowed to offer any incentive based bonuses to any player in Sweden, i.e. bonuses with wagering requirements like reload bonuses, welcome bonuses or free spins have all been banned by the SGA (Swedish Gaming Authority)

The few "bonuses" that we can credit to a player in Sweden will have to be totally wager free and we are not allowed to contact any player directly regarding bonuses using e-mail or SMS.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Kind regards

Why does your casino collect peoples personal info for no reason ? I'm a streamer and i made an account and deposited my hard earned money ! They let me play for a few hours and when i tried to log on to do my next stream i was blocked ? I never asked for a cashout and still had wagering left ? yet they block my account and ask for documents ?? Making me miss a stream and possible income ?? It should be the players choice to give there information unless asking for a cashout ! If i lose i may never deposit again , yet you want my personal information and banking info ? Very poor practice in my opinion and you should warn people before you take their hard earned money hostage.

Everytime someone gives up on the Casino stalling a withdrawal process, you confirm that this is a profitable way for them. unfortunately :(

 I deposited £10 and 30£ on the 1st of feb you took it from my bank, but it never displayed in my player balance on wishmaker I then rang my bank (LLOYDS bank) and they said they are going to cancel the pending withdrawal and contact the payments department at wish maker and tell them not to take the money. You guys said it was a glitch in the uk and the deposit was cancelled. You guys then decided upon yourselves to take the money anyway (£40) and no reflect it in my players balance. Your claiming it’s a glitch but I have just rang up lloyds bank and they gave me the ARN code and the Authorisation number of the transaction for £10 and the same for the transaction for the £30. They confirmed that they can see that the money is sat in your bank so you have blatantly robbed my money and let it sit in your bank without refunding it like Lloyd’s contacted your payments dpeartment to do so. Ricard this needs to be amended ASAP. 5 days and waiting. Would not recommend this casino to anyone as this was my first ever deposit and was taken immediately from my bank and not in my balance. AVOID

Hi there @Lmack7

Who were you in contact with from our side? so that i can track this issue further? Did you provide our customer services team with a bank statement so that we can see that the funds were deducted from your end regarding this particular transaction?

Please get back to me with some more information and I will chase this up for you.

Have a really nice day!

Kind regards

Rickard

@ProBlackbird Sadly we do not offer any bonuses to our Swedish players at this point. For our Swedish players we offer the "Pay n Play" solution which only includes Trustly´s bank transfer solution and with the new SGA regulation coming into effect we cannot offer any bonuses with a wagering requirement to our players from Sweden.  If you are using E-wallets on our Swedish site there is not much that we can offer you at this point.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Have a really nice day!

Kind regards

Rickard

@Rickard Wishmaker

How can you say that you are not allowed to offer Swedish players a welcome bonus? That is complete utter bullshit. I have been in contact a lot with the Swedish gambling commission known as Lotteriinspektionen regarding different things, @LetsGiveItASpin can confirm this. All casinos that operate under the Swedish license can only give 1 bonus for the players, and that is usually the welcome bonus. Check all the other big brands, they are all offering a welcome bonus.
