[RESOLVED] Problems with cashout and address validation on LeoVegas

I have had nothing but trouble with Leovegas :( I won a bit and after finishing my wager with over 3k eligible for withdrawal, it feels like they are  constantly trying to slow down the process. First I had to verify my adress/profile with a electricity bill. I uploaded that, but it didn't have a "front page"(I only had the bill itself), so it wasn't enough. Then I had to upload a transaction/account list from my bank. That was also rejected because it wasn't in colors. (the list is black/white, even from the bank) - I read the user terms and agreements, and it doesn't say anything about the colors. Just adress, logo and name. When I confronted their customer support with this, my contact in customer service stopped answering, and their live chat conveniently "went down". They asked me to send an email with the qualified document, so I did, but then they reject that as well, because "all validation documents must be uploaded through the link on the page". I've uploaded a new phone bill with all the criteria fulfilled, but guess what - they can't see that I've uploaded a new document now. I guess the upload service provider all of a sudden encountered a problem, right? This is getting stupid. Anyone have any similar problems, or any tips on how to solve this? I've been happy with the casino it self, but this seems very sketchy and not very serious.

Seems like you've been bit unlucky when it comes to verification. Please make sure you have done everything the CS asked of you, 99% of the times its quite simple and straight forward process to get verified, unless there are some issues; hence the additional requests from them.  If you still continue to have problems, let me know your LeoVegas username/email and I will check for you.

Trust me, I tried multiple times, with 3 different documents. The criteria states one thing at the page, then the CS define even more criterias not mentioned in the user agreement. When those new criteria are fulfilled, something else "goes wrong", and now I cant reach the CS at all, not through live chat anyway. I've sent them an email as well. The last comment I got from them before going "offline" was that the new document that I uploaded(the one that I am SURE qualify to all criterias, both written and stated afterwards) was still not received by them. Suddenly it seems like the link in their validation section isn't working. It really pisses me off. I read from earlier posts that multiple people have had problems when it comes to withdrawing from them. Are you affiliated with LeoVegas?
