I got the following email: Following a review of your account, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions. Please be advised that you have been banned from bonuses. This Bonus ban is extended to include all Casinos across the whole Network. Please also note that you are no longer permitted to open any further accounts on the network effective immediately. If you attempt to open any further accounts on the Network, they will be terminated and any funds accumulated will be confiscated. Below please find a list of Casinos that are contained on the Network: https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PublicRegister/Search/Detail/52894 I'm going through their list and I played on some of their other casinos. I lost a lot there, never or maybe once I got an cashout (not sure) but I do know im deep deep in the red! So now that I won big I get this email basicaly saying F off........ we're banning you from all our casinos Can anybody help me here please? I lost a lot in their casinos, now for once I get a big cashout and they want to ban me, how is this fair guys? I'm so angry and feel hopeless right now. What I find odd is that I always get asked to get updated when they open new casinos blabla right? Look at the screenshot below, so how come that im now suddenly banned from everything? Does anybody know more about White Hat Gaming Limited practices? Because this is just straight up theft. Link to comment

Thanks for sharing @Robcop i'll put that casino on my "signup banned list". When you get a 35x wager sticky bonus??? I'm an (almost addicted) gambler always on the look out for new offers and I use them regularly. But when he finally wins something nice and wants to cash out they're treated like utter crap, almost like they're a criminal. I'm disgusted by this disrespectful behavior, and asked them to close all my accounts on their network (Whitehat gaming limited). I advise everybody to think twice before depositing any money on casinos operated by this shady group. TheManbearpig Posted 14 January, 2019 Share Posted 14 January, 2019 i always trusted this casino as its the first i played online,i used many bonuses and made many clear deposits.this weekend they offered 500% up to 100,i though fuck it i will take it,i started with chilli with my 20e deposit as u cant use bonus on it.I hate this game but i had a feeling this time it will be nice for me,and it was 600x, that i made 400x with bonanza to build my balance to 300.i went to chat if i can take the money and leave the bonus and they said no problem(i did screens just in case) so i went with 250e left 50 for fun and forfeit bonus.i was lucky again and in total i have 1.1k withdrawls pending from 20c spins and still balance of 60e to play.now ... i just wonder if they ban me aswell Link to comment

They must pay you any outstanding balance. Basically if they no longer want your business they can say go away. The industry as a whole needs to be reviewed as to a body who independently review the way they refuse any payouts. If there is a proper one i am yet to find it. Its utter rubbish the way it works, but with that clause in the sign up terms you have no chance of a reversal or your account being reinstated to the normal level. Due to privacy laws and more so, casinos are unable to reveal much details. Players on the other hand can always write whatever they like, regardless if it's the truth or not. People don't get banned just because they win money. Bans and restrictions are in most cases imposed on grounds of breaching terms and conditions in some form, one way or another. There's a reason why each and every casino has it's own risk and security department. It's not because of the 99% of players that abide by the rules and just want to have fun, it's because of that 1% that abuse, don't read the rules, those who attempt to defraud the business and so much more. Those casinos that do ban on a random basis, are casinos that ultimately get blacklisted. I'm not saying that you did anything wrong, and I am not saying that I do not believe you. I'm saying I don't have enough details needed to make a decision based on facts rather emotion and frustration. Did you follow the promotion rules? Did you breach them somehow? Did you play on any restricted games? Did you do anything at all you can think of, that put you in this spot? Unfortunately, due to the casinos terms and conditions - they are able to close / restrict your account whenever they like for no reason whatsoever. I however think there's more to this case than you are telling us, and if you are recommending people to stay away from the casino - you should inform us with facts, so we can make an informed decision based on exactly that. I didn't play games I wasn't allowed to play or they did have a fair reason to forfeit all my winnings but I didn't do that. That email I posted above is the only thing I received, I even mailed them back what's the reason I got banned. I never got an answer to that. I'm not a player trying to defraud casinos lmao, I'm playing for fun and I love the thrill of hitting big that's it. I'm not depositing money to make money that's not the right mindset, I deposit for entertainment purposes only. A big cash out is of course very nice if you lost 5000 euros. That's part of the game. The only thing I did was play in their casinos and use the bonuses they offer, that's it. If they ever give me a response to the question why they banned me from taking any bonuses in casinos in their network I'll post it here too. But I doubt they'll ever respond. More and more casino/betting sites are on the lookout for match bettors who take advantage of sign up offers and bonuses and they quickly close these accounts. generally know as being 'Gubbed'. I have match betting friends who have got that many accounts closed that they use their partners credentials (yes the naughty little erks). It's just what happens when you match bet and is par for the course i guess. So i am wondering if that was the case with you? Anyway pop your cash into another site and take advantage of a new account bonus and double up your wedge until you get banned again. I hope you get banned from loads as this means your doing something right.... if this is the case can you message me and tell me what your doing please...lol. Matched betting involves sports betting,eg Bet365,Paddy Power,Ladbrokes etc,but WHG only do pure casinos and no sports betting so it has nothing to do with that side of things. I've done matched betting in the past myself and have lost numerous bookmaker accounts too. Link to comment

Billybc Posted 20 May, 2019 Share Posted 20 May, 2019 Got bonus banned too. No idea why. I took bonuses. If I won a decent amount I took it out before hitting the wagering. I rarely managed to beat wagering when I went into bonus money. I am a low roller and play at minimum stake. All I can think is that I won too much too quick. I have a cash out that has been pending for over 5 days. The group usually pay within a day but for some reason are holding onto my money. They won't reply to emails asking when I will get it or why I have been banned. Link to comment
