WAGER Kaboo is great casino and i started playing there in march 2017,my bigest win is on that casino,13 500e. PRINTSCREEN youtube video Casino have alot of bonuses,wager free,etc...They have bonuses,when u level up,u get "relicks",when u open relic u can get Money,credits for wager free spins,even a jack pot 1000e-5000e. so after long time playing there i won 2 relicks,one of that relick,gave me some credits,i used credits and i won around 2e,but with some luck i made 80e with that,so i decide to withdraw that money,but when i went to withdraw tab i was geting this message "YOUR WITHDRAWAL BALANCE EXCLUDES ANY MONEY TIED TO A BONUS" so i contacted live support. so Francis answered me,i was telling him my problem and this is what he answered to me : "If you make a deposit and receive a bonus, the deposit is then connected to the bonus and you will not be able to withdraw any of the funds until the wagering has been met." I never used deposit bonus,becose i hate to wager money,but in this case i didnt even deposit any money,all i won is from "Relic" free spins. so here is some of conversation... me:free spins are wager free right? Francis :They are not wagering free me:well thats new becose before i never had wager on free spins tell me how much is wager? Francis:It depends on the game or the promotion terms and conditions at the time so i tryed to find out what wager do i have,so i was explaning him how i won money,and even that i had wager i had 2e to wager,and i wager that like x300. but he never answered me what wager or how much wager do i have,so with no choice i had to "wager"... so i played like that,after some time i tryed ti withdraw 50e,but i was getting same message,so i played more ,and more so i tryed atleast 10e but still same,and at the end i finished with no money. but i whrited mail to kaboo support about this,and they are telling me how they dont see any atempt of withdrawal and how they cant do anything about that,but also they sent me this: Furthermore, I would like to apologize for the first misinformation you received regarding the wagering. Of course, the freespins from credits, won by a relic, are totally wagerfree. so,they are saying "yes u are right,u dont have wager" but they dont see any withdrawals? why will i contact support about fail withdraw if i didnt tryed to witdraw money? BUGED RELIC Not long after my problem with wager,i have "Relic Bug",luky for me,i am recording with OBS(open brodcast softwer) so if i hit something BIG i can post on youtube,like i did post my 13 500e win on Kaboo. I won 2 Relicks, Carbon Relic and Chaos Relic,so i started with one with lower prices,so i stoped at 10e price,but for some reason my uper picture was showing only 3e won,but few scounds later that same message was showing 10e, PICTURE HERE : Printscreen i have video from this also. PICTURE HERE : Screenshot here u can see,there is not even option to win 3e. but i recived 3e only,wich u can see in my balance,so i opened Chaos Relics now with better prices,and i won 5e PRINT SCREEN HERE : Normal Relic ,no big deal,but i won on what i stoped,its not buged,so i decide to whrite mail to Kaboo support for this bug,becose maybe one day i can hit 1000e or 5000e jackpot and i can recive 5e for example. so after some time Caroline from support answered me with this message : Hi Ana, i am Caroline from the email earlier and i have to inform you now about your contacts with us. The screenshot in this chat has obviusly been changed by you.As you can see yourself it says 3 Euros on the top. and then below there are the 10 Euros.Can you explane this? well,i have same question for you,i am playing on 5e per spin,why will i edit picture for 3e? so after they accusing me of faking video and screenshot,and how will they close my account if i continue with this, i just stoped sending them clearly proof of bug,i just wanted to help them with bug,not to get 3e... but i was depositing alot less money on Kaboo from that time,when i was really active with deposits there,i remember they gave me 100e to play with,100 credits,alot of time,i cant say its very good for players who play alot,but all those bonuses are before this problems started,so i played on Kaboo casualy,depositing time to time but not too much,just for fun,so one day i got bored,and i contacted chat to ask them if there is any bonus for me there so i can make some spins,they said "there is no more room for bonus" i was disappointed but its fine,few months after ,i was still playing there casualy,so i ask them if there is some bonus for me now,they said same,"no room"... thats a momment when i got really mad,becose i know how much money i left there,how they ignored all my problems accusing me of cheating,so i decided to make complain to AskGamblers. at that time,i hade problems with free spins they give for x-mas,there was promotion every day 10 free spins. so i was playing,but when i was geting spins on NETENT games i was not aviable to use them,becose i cant play NETENT games,2 times they exchanged me those spins for credits and free spins on some other game,but all spins u get on promotion is like 80% on NETENT games,so i needed to contact support every time,but they are still telling me there is no more room,even i didnt ask them to gift me those spins,i just wanted exchange for spins i won there.but they still didnt want to do that,so i make review on AskGamblers about that,and i got fast answer from Kaboo suport there. SCREENSHOT HERE : AskGamblers so when they saw that,then they gave me spins...but days after,same problem again,but this time they told me go and ask AskGamblers for spins,so i did.with they help i was geting spins everytime,but i dont understand why they even give me promotion and rewards on game i cant play? In December i was very active on Kaboo,i was depositing alot of money,i lost it all,but thats not point now,but for some reason i decide to ask them again about some credits,becose i know now i deposited alot of money,and guees what, "there is no room for bonus" i was so piss,they probably just dont give anything to me becose all those mails and comments i made,so i whrited to AskGamblers again,and ask them how is there no room for me when i have really big amount of money deposited in just few days,AskGamblers answred me,from momment i opened account on Kaboo casino,my total deposits are 6000e,i was so mad,becose i know thats not even close to posible. i went to my Skrill acount,downloaded PDF file from all my transaction,and i find out i deposited close to 16 000e PRINTSCREEN HERE : AskGamblers What is the reason for them to lie about my deposits? why they dont give me any bonus after my big deposits? why accusing some one when u didnt even check that? I still have emails with Full chat with everyone i talked about this,videos and screenshots they said they are fake if any one can help me about this,feel free to whrite me. Link to comment

Just use your real money and don't expect anything in regards to bonuses in case you lose - a casino is not obligated to give you any bonuses!
