Autumnh Posted 30 December, 2018 Share Posted 30 December, 2018 Playing at Mr green over the weekend, but they won't seem to allow me to play bonanza on bonus funds. Yet I am allowed to play danger high voltage. Can play fat santa but not tiki tumble. Asked on live chat why it won't let me, as it's not under excluded games in t&cs and they have said it is due to big time gaming, which has to be a lie as I was playing bonanza with bonus funds at 2 different casinos the day before, why would they just stop mr green from allowing me to use bonus funds seems very fishy. Same with push gaming why would they allow me to play Fat santa but not tiki tumble Link to comment
Rexxor420 Posted 30 December, 2018 Share Posted 30 December, 2018 Since when do Game Providers decide on what game you can play with bonus funds ? Link to comment
pineapple Posted 30 December, 2018 Share Posted 30 December, 2018 It does happen. I think it is the casino that stops you because at Redbet I cannot play Extra Chilli with bonus funds but can play Bonanza with bonus funds, Both games are BTG. Link to comment
Original Jase Posted 30 December, 2018 Share Posted 30 December, 2018 Never heard of a slot provider deciding a sites bonus exclusion. Maybe @Big Time Gaming official can confirm? Link to comment
Autumnh Posted 30 December, 2018 Author Share Posted 30 December, 2018 Even if this was the case Mr green need to add it to there terms, as I wouldn't have took a bonus there if I had of known. I did check the terms before taking the bonus so really feel done over when i couldnt play it with the bonus funds. Really bad practice if you ask me. Link to comment

There are many BTG games that are blocked in many casinos to play with bonus funds due to the following reason: The BTG coin that gives a discount on the "Feature drop" can easily convert your bonus funds, to real discount, and then you can buy the feature with discount with real cash (After you wagered or lost the bonus funds). So almost all the games like white rabbit and extra chilli and book of gods are often banned in many casinos to play with bonus funds. 5 hours ago, Autumnh said: Playing at Mr green over the weekend, but they won't seem to allow me to play bonanza on bonus funds. Same with push gaming why would they allow me to play Fat santa but not tiki tumble I actually abused Tiki Tumble quite a bit when it just launched. I would get a bonus, and play 40 cent stake., untill I get 2 or 3 wild reels.. then move to 60 cent stake and play untill I get 2 or 3 wild reels, then I would move to higher stake etc.. after my bonus went lost.. I would go back into the slot, go back to 40 cent, it would load the wild reels in.. and I would play the slot on real money.. then when the wilds were gone, I would go to 60 cent and collect those winnings, etc.. Then one of my friends told me that I was commiting fraud and it was probably against the terms (Even though it wasnt in the terms) so I went to the livechat there and explained.. in the end I got to keep the money but a few days later they didnt allow anymore tiki tumble on bonus funds.. (I think for that reason). As for bonanza I'm not sure why its like that.. but I doubt that you'll have a case., Usually somewhere it says that they can change the rules for bonus at any given time and that they can also take back bonus funds at any given time etc.. But you could kindly ask them to update their terms to prevent further misunderstanding for other players in the future.. Link to comment
BoracicLint Posted 3 January, 2019 Share Posted 3 January, 2019 The casinos decide the exclusion slots and not the provider. I call bullshit on the casino saying otherwise. Link to comment
