Akuli98 Posted 27 December, 2018 Share Posted 27 December, 2018 So back in October i had a problem with Leovegas closing my account i wrote a complaint about it here https://casinogrounds.com/forum/topic/25054-leovegas-might-be-screwing-me/?tab=comments#comment-60894 That issue was then resolved (they refunded my money) thy admitted that their support had given wrong information, issued refund and closed the account saying if i wanted to continue to play there i had to oppen the account under my other email. so about a month ago i did ask them to oppen that account that they promised i could still play on. Yet they insisted that to oppen the account that they had closed back in october?? and i sent an email to them stating okay, but i want this information to be verified, and if they are now oppening the account they specifically closed why was it closed on the first place??? And they got back to me on that inquiry saying something about how they asked about it from the relevant team and its okay (ill put the email pics here or at the end of this..) so the account was oppened 7 days after that.. Today 27.12.2018 i made a deposit of 65€ placed a 50€ sportsbet and played livecasino and slots with the remaining 15€ got realy lucky on BJ and had a 1500€ Book of ra bonus.. i reqguested a wothdrawl of 400€ first and asked support to push it trough.. then the "lovely" support lady said "sure, wait a moment" and closed my account i now have about 1745€ in my cashbalance and a pending 400€ withdrawl and they closed the account AGAIN!!? email pics bellow @LetsGiveItASpin @JohanLeoVegas@Nick Could any of you help me speed up the process of getting my money? cleraly this has to be just another F**k up by them, my emails clearly instate i havent done anything wrong! Akuli98 Posted 27 December, 2018 Author Share Posted 27 December, 2018 @KiwiBird97 No, i never excluded myself. and they closed this one, back in October because of the multiple accounts thing, but it was their fault because their support had said that playing on that account was fine if i verified my account instantly, and they took the blame for that. And they said that i could oppen the "first one" but when asked to oppen the other account they still insisted to oppen the one that was closed before (like seen in the email pics..) i talked to some Leovegas support member on the phone and she said she belived id done nothing wrong and that i just have to wait on the relevant department to view the account....however damn long thats gonna take.....
