sigge1gmd Posted 17 December, 2018 Share Posted 17 December, 2018 Hi Guys! I am having some trouble with Hajper. I bought a 400 kr bonus in Geni Jackpot and got 35 spins with unlimited multiplier. The win was about 5 500kr and i got excited and closed the game before it was really donr because I wanted to make a withdrawl. BUT the money wasnt there. and when I went in to game again I got a message of error. " Internal Server Error" . The costumer service could not see that I won anything but they could see that i gambled the 400 kr. Do you guys have any tips on what to do?? Link to comment
Tussilago87 Posted 17 December, 2018 Share Posted 17 December, 2018 i think that the support should be able to find the lost gameround, but if they dont they probably have to contact the game provider to see what happened which will probably take some time, im not really sure so maybe someone else in here can give you a better answer. i hope it gets resolved, good luck Link to comment

As the bet is drawn there is hope that the gameround is stored somewhere, but unfortunately it usually takes a bit of time in these instances as there are several parties involved. Best of luck sir!
