Then I sent in all my documentations and then they cancelled my withdrawal and refunded 200Sek to my balance on the casino account. Can anyone help me or do you know anyway to help me with this. Yes So the crazy part is I cancelled my bonus withdrew 1800Sek. then 2 days later I deposited 300 Sek asked if i could add the second bonus she said nope not when you have a withdrawal . So I was like fine lets try without a bonus and I played games that I liked.. The thing is they confiscated the money from the last played session because I played games that was restricted with my raw deposit. So they mixed my cancelled bonus with a raw deposit I made two days later.. And gave me back 200Sek. And now she cant reply and tells me to talk to the cashier department. Link to comment

I tend to use Askgambler.com when I want to find a new casino but I guess that is no longer an option.. Link to comment

Some casinos actually have it in their terms, that if you cashout from say the first welcome bonus, you are not eligeble to get the other welcome bonuses. Now some have that term in there but never use it, some do. I looked throuhg Viggoslots just now and found a lot of restrictions, most notible was this one: 12.3.2 Cash bonuses, both with and without wager requirements have a maximum allowed withdrawal of x5 the bonus amount. This is just speculation, but I think this term applies as you played on games that were restricted. 12.13 Bonuses offered by Viggoslots.com is only intended for genuine recreational players. Abuse of the offered bonuses will not be tolerated. Viggoslots.com reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock an account if abuse of the bonus is suspected. In our opinion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity and wins will be revoked and annulled and the deposit is returned. Remember this is just what I think. I think they feel you tried to abuse the bonus. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. Remember some of the bigger sites are affiliated with practically ALL casinos. So be very critical when choosing a new one and don't assume it's good just because it's listed as good. One thing ESPECIALLY to be critical of is exclusive bonuses. Bevor i deposit 100,- Euro more the balance was all the time between 0-1,- Euro. After i had a winning i decide to withdrawal 420,- Euro. And i start a withdrawal request and also a time out for one week to have a break. Live Support was confirming to send the Documents via email is fine. One day later i recieve an Email with the information that they denied my winning and close my account because i breached the terms. Hi Thomas, Unfortunately your withdrawal request has been denied.
