Leovegas bonus?

I opt in in @LetsGiveItASpin promotioin with dingding got the free spins to route 77. Before i use the spins i check that i dont have any money in my account.

I use pimped to clear all last cent. 

 

 

Like you see i hit a nice win. After i start to play gemix, about 2h later i check my wagering its on 6% not moved anything.

So i go to log out and change browser if that helps, did not. Did go to live chat and ask what is happening?

After a while he says that i have many old bonuses in my account that is been wagerd off.

I tell that i always play to 0€ dont that remove the old bonus?

The answer is that no! they are still there i need to wager then off.

He ask if he gona take the old bonuses wagering away? 

ofc!

After 30 min chat and he fixes all the "old" bonuses my wagering goes from 6% to 7%.

Im so tilted right now that i go to rise of olympus and just play the money away.

when there is 0,17 cent left i go to pimped and clear all the money. so big 0!

And check my account if there is any bonus money or wagering left? No there is not.

So i go to valkyrie and play the free spins from dingding. I win about 7€.

Straight away i check my wagering, and suprice its on 7% even i have not touch the bonus money i just got.

So there is no way to "clear" old bonuses its just there!

For me its always been that if you got to 0 you clear the bonus, but not on leovegas.

Yeah i really hate that about LeoVegas. We're soon in 2019 and every other casino out there either automatic removed the bonus when balance goes under 0,1€ or you can cancel your bonus with a button. I'ved asked about this feature in livechat MANY times when i need them to manually remove my bonus because i have 0,001€ in bonus balance and no chance to play to 0, and i get "yeah that is a good idea i will forward that to the right department..." i'm like: "sure..."

C'mon LeoVegas, how hard can it be to do either???

Leovegas when are you fixing it that when you get 0 that it removes the bonus?

So today i got free spins on leovegas. Did made a video to see if its the same that from 0 and no bonuses when i win on the free spins the old wager comes back. 
And it did. Leovegas call them self best casino, but for me this is clearlly just ripping your customers. 
We are soon at 2019 and the bonus system on leovegas is that it only show how much % you have wagered but nothing about how much it is in €.

Disapointed on leovegas that they dont even comment. @LetsGiveItASpin ask them to check on this.

This issue has been there for a long time (unsure why it's not been resolved), when I get a new bonus I always ask them to remove the old ones. Even if it says 7% you'll have wagered way more if you have old bonsues there and the new bonus will work correct. Sometimes they forget to remove old bonuses and then most of the time it will be converted to cash at 50-70% of wager.

It’s such a hassle going into chat every time to ask them to remove it though. It should be automated.

Agree. its soon 2019 and one of the larges online casino still have this?

So i went and to live chat and ask them to remove all my old bonuses and what happend?

Did go from 7% to 5% still no clue how much i need to wager or why its on 5% not on 0% ?

Honestly I never watch the progression of the wager on Leovegas. It's always wrong ahaha

yeah I converted my most recent bonus at around 13%

 

You are stilll wagering the current bonus at the correct rate but the progress is showing incorrectly. I got a pop up saying, you are now playing with real money after it was converted.
