Bas210 Posted 12 November, 2018 Share Posted 12 November, 2018 Hi guys! Long case short: I played with a deposit bonus at 7Gods. I red the terms but apperently havent seen the max 10x your deposit cashout with a bonus. But now comes the question. I completed my wagering at like 6 or 7 times the deposit. Not knowing of that one single term, I continued playing and came to 300 (which is 10x the deposit). Not knowing of the max 10x deposit term, I continued playing. This means I was actually playing with a chance to lose my money but with zero chance to win money. I have seen many casinos that forfeit a part of your bonus winnings if you go above a certain X, but they forfeit that right awau so you can play and win more (or lose ofcourse) The question: someone ever seen such a term where they dont take your winnings above the X right away but only 48h later? I have never seen it before and I am curious if someone has. Cause actually they are using the bonus terms while you already done wagering. Link to comment
TheManbearpig Posted 12 November, 2018 Share Posted 12 November, 2018 this kind of bonus is designed for ppl who never read the terms.just take it and never play there anymore Link to comment
Bas210 Posted 12 November, 2018 Author Share Posted 12 November, 2018 Update: They refused the withdrawal and say that I can only withdrawal of 300. And do you think that they transfer that? No, they cancel it and put the whole 500 euro (total win) back in my account. What a remarkable casino. Got a 9.1 on askgamblers Link to comment
SuperSmask Posted 12 November, 2018 Share Posted 12 November, 2018 Hello @Bas210 I play at 7Gods regularly and from reading your post I can at least give you some answers. The 10x max cashout is the "normal" bonus and it's 10x your deposit amount. Unfortunately the max cashout still applies even after you have completed wagering, UNTIL you make a withdrawel. I have stressed this on my stream to my viewers, so they know should they wish to play there. Have you verified? If not, maybe that's why it's back in your account? And you can only withdraw 10x your deposit for the bonus, otherwise it will be declined. The remaining balance will be removed afterwards. Hope this helps clarify a bit Link to comment
Bas210 Posted 12 November, 2018 Author Share Posted 12 November, 2018 Hi, I get the point, but if you ask me, it is weird that bonus terms still stay valid while you have completed the bonus already. It doesnt feel right. Including the slow verification makes this not a 9.1, far from. Link to comment
OnlyASpin Posted 12 November, 2018 Share Posted 12 November, 2018 Max convert bonuses = utter trash avoid at all costs, shouldn't even be advertised. Link to comment

Totally agree, but saw it unfortunatly too late. Fact is that I am wondering whether bonus terms can still be valid in the case the bonus wagering is already over. Link to comment
Bas210 Posted 13 November, 2018 Author Share Posted 13 November, 2018 2nd update: While they only paid me out the 300, I have made another deposit of 30 eur (without a bonus) and won another 880 euro, which 280 has been already processed out and the other 600 is pending. So although I slightly feel screwed by the bonus issue, I cant complain about the general picture on 7Gods casini Link to comment
enskCS Posted 14 November, 2018 Share Posted 14 November, 2018 You should really not give casinos with such ridiculous terms and conditions another chance. Take your money and leave forever. It's a matter of time they'll throw another "term" in your face. It reminds me of a casino that I will not call by it's name, but it's safe to say that Nickslots doesn't support that casino anymore. And there it was x6 max deposit withdrawal. Only after wagering 260x deposit, the withdrawal limit is gone. Stay away, those casinos should have 0 customers. Link to comment

Play The Game Posted 29 November, 2018 Share Posted 29 November, 2018 The amount we lose on these casinos is not enough for them that they feel they must make dodgy deals for there customers. I wonder if everyone decides not to play on these casinos will they soon change there ways. I think they would. Link to comment
