Blocked from Rizk?

Hi everyone I posted about a week ago about cashing out and so I’ve sent in my documents the other day (finally the bank decided to give me the details i needed) and last night I tried to log in on my account and it’s saying it’s blocked, I spoke to someone from live chat and they said it’s for security reasons and couldn’t help me much more, I feel this is getting silly because all I want is my money I cashed out! I screenshot a few bits but I’m just so annoyed with Rizk right now! I understand that they are a good casino but to me this is by far the worse I’ve had to deal with! I’ve never had anyother problems cashing out before!!

A casino blocked my account last year for being a "high risk customer". What that actually means I will never know! Drop them an email about it, live chat on these casinos seems to get people nowhere.

Thanks I’ll do that instead! Seems abit weird for them to block my account after I just sent my documents in!

Same here. Signed up at night. Was blocked the next day, No email explanation or anything.

I reckon your stats go into some hush hush database where the casinos can see your history and can determin if you are high risk. Perhaps a player who looks for certain slots cos they pay out quickly and is in control of their faculties.

Casinos only want losers.
