bleedbe Posted 6 October, 2018 Share Posted 6 October, 2018 There is a whole story so i am going to start at the beginning.First of all i deposited like 1000 euros this week on this casino.Haven had any luck which i am fine beqause gambling means you can loose.Yesterday they issued me 20 freespins. I won 6 euro and had to wager something around 300 euro.I completed the wagering and kept playing for a while i managed to get a decent hit and got on 1500 euro.I verified my account with was approved. Then i couldnt withdraw beqause the option which i deposited with wasnt available for withdrawal. So i tried neteller that didnt work. And then i tried mastercard. Everything was ok till now. I did the withdrawal. And as soon as i did suddenly support chat tells me that i am only able to cash out 50 euro and the rest of the funds will be deleted. They tell me that its in the terms and conditions. First of all i was never informed as soon as i got the freespins that this was the case.And second of all why would you bother giving bonusses and freespins if your only able to cashout 50 euros what is the point of that? Won with the free spins and ended up with an 1500€ withdrawal... That's when they tell me that I only get 100€ because they see it as free spins given to me without deposit, due to the fact that the free spins were given to me when my bankroll was 0€....
