No point talking on chat or calling in, they clearly only employ staff from the local mental institution. It's like talking away and things start great... then his split personality kicks in and he can't  accept a Passport as ID, or read your name. Lots of times i wanted so bad to head butt my computer through the way these balloon heads got on. I am glad today i still have my Monitor , happy days, so off i go to start with court application

Poker is poker, slots are slots, total different gambling thing! Stay strong tommy!

These Bookmakers are nothing these days, they used to be the main place to bet on sports, but just a simple casino account that you opened to try the slot machines (LeoVegas, MrGreen) for example are as good a place to place a sports bet now without the need for bookmakers shops altogether. The biggest bookmaker in the World bet365 have no shops.
Ladbrokes don't own their Poker software, they use Ipoker network.
Pokerstars have a bookmakers, they allow me disable casino on the poker app and they own their own Poker Network.
That means Ladbrokes refusing me permission to disable side games is related to the money they make from their Poker App. They don't make what they deem enough money from the people that play there, so they force games to be enabled at all times that they didn't advertise to me- or even give me a heads up about being on the bloody app,
They are making players that use their IPoker skin" pay Money to them for allowing them to play Poker on that app".
They don't think this is enough, as they would rather i was homeless and living rough with no money whatsoever. So they try to force me to have games available to play that can't be won on in the long run. Wouldn't matter how much time i spent looking at a way to win money off these machines if i took it up as a profession, as it isn't even possible.
Yet after spending many hours per day out of my life to study and research the game of poker, to increase my chances of winning money over each year, as it is possible with the correct skills...  they now try to force me into playing fruit machine games, getting free spin offers within their POKER app, getting poker challenges that involve playing fruit machines to qualify and play on their iPoker skin with no way to disable Fruit machines if i wish.

I NEED TO POINT OUT THIS FACT, AGAIN!!! Ladbrokes are the only Poker provider that are doing this. That i can find anyway. They are the only site online that i can find that will advertise a place to play Poker, then refuse a customer permission to do just that if they don't want to play Fruit Machines, too.. They can't force a sports betting customer to have side games enabled within the sports betting option on their site for a reason. Why do they think they can do it with Poker customers all of a sudden??? Part of every buy-in into one of my past Poker tournaments on Ladbrokes has been the price i paid to have the Poker app as a place to play Poker, nothing else. Soon they will charge people money to to put 10 pound into a fruit machine.. I am paying Rake(% of the buy into tournaments)  just to get a game of Poker, yet people can play Fruit machines all day "within the poker app i have to pay to use", for free??

It's not that they don't make enough money. They are rattling into the American market which has just opened for them. They are just greedy bastards mate. Can't stand that group.
