Dmilrs Posted 30 September, 2018 Share Posted 30 September, 2018 Hi all. I locked a withdrawal at casino and was waiting to get a replacement ID for verification. After a week they put the money back in my account which I then lost being greedy (I know stupid). I know I have no argument as to the money I lost but surely if you lock it they shouldn't then unlock it as you have put that money there to stop yourself from wasting your winnings. Seems a bit like they are going against the idea of gambling responsibly. Since then I have took a break as I am annoyed with my self for it. Anyone else had a problem with this. Link to comment

BTGKinG Posted 30 September, 2018 Share Posted 30 September, 2018 Hi, i just wanted to share that i have done the same. Had a very nice cashout (for me huge) 13400 kr (1340£) and the same happend to me, the i locked the cashout and waited for a withdraw. They finnished verifying my account on a friday, and wrote to me that it was now possible to withdraw. Before i cashed out i thought, hey it is friday why not do a click or two. Well after a long night of playing i had lost it all. I was so angry with my self. So now if i play on a new casino i always as the first thing ask to have my account verifyed before i do any deposit on the site. My favourite site i play at now, has a great withdraw. The same second i click the cashout, the money is no longer in my casino account and it is not possbile to cancel the withdrawel. Link to comment
Dmilrs Posted 30 September, 2018 Author Share Posted 30 September, 2018 Yeah it's the fact I'm angry at myself lol. I used to use a casino that withdrew straight away the money was in my account in a minute. But after watching the big wins I wanted a bigger choice of games. Looking back I should of verified it first. Still got a chilli bonus that crashed though to come in when btg get back to them. Fingers crossed purples across at 20x haha. Link to comment
Nicola Posted 1 October, 2018 Share Posted 1 October, 2018 You can always set a "loss limit" of £1, that way you have to wait 7 days to remove it. Link to comment
