Hello folks.

Just thought I'd drop a heads up about buzzslots.com.

I made a deposit on the 18/09/18 to play some play n go games. Having previously played on playcosmo numerous times with no problems I thought I would give another casino on their network a go.

So i went to load up the play n go games, not one worked, 4-5 hours later when I logged back in they had all been removed. No problem, probably just a technical problem that will get sorted soon. I ended up just playing other games and within a few hours I had my fill and was ready to withdraw.

Live support was offline so I sent an e-mail. I tried live support later on that day, still offline. I tried them the next day, morning, evening and night, still offline. This went on for the next 9 days. After numerous e-mails and many times to contact their live support as I still had not sent my KYC docs there was complete silence.

It took me to contact everymatrix on the 27/09/18 and by this stage I was ripping and let them know what I thought of these clients using their platform. They apologized and processed my withdrawal within the hour. They said they would reach out to buzzslots and find out what was going on. If I hear anything I'll update.

If i had not of went and contacted everymatrix personally, fuck knows how long I would of been waiting to hear back from these lot.
