Videoslots Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal from vs on the 24/08/2018. One of £100 and one of £600 using the bank transfer option. Now vs changed their bank option to trustly so the payment should go through them.. Previous smaller withdrawals have gone through fine but this time I am now two weeks later without the money showing up in my bank and I have been given the run around by videoslots AND trustly the only answers ive been getting is these. 

1. Videoslots financial department say all is fine from their end and that i need to contact my bank to find out where the money is. -- My bank says with a bank transfer option this is not possible only when withdrawing to debit card. 

2. Your case has been passed to security department they are looking into it. (Yet they dont contact me back unless i contact them to find out whats going on)

3. Upon contacting trustly all i get from them is copy paste answers from the support handbook which basically tell me "we are looking into it" and "your case has been taken up by the proper department" then "your case is now high priority etc etc.. Two weeks later as of now i still dont have the money and ive contacted both parties again today to probably get the same copy paste reply.. I Am at my wits end and don't know how to get this money recovered.

they have basically just stolen the money from my casino account and just decided to hang onto it while giving me no confidence in them that it will genuinely be recovered.. its obvious trustly have the money because a bank transfer should  always be instant or from 2- 24 hrs minimum not two weeks later with being given run around s when the error was not on my side as all the details were correct as confirmed by videoslots.. I don't know what to do now

Yrp everything was filled out as always the same no changes whatsoever in fact my bic etc is actually stored in vs site Plus vs has already stated that everything from their end went through fine. it seems to be this trustly mob that are the problem and its not just me having problems with them if you look up trustly online with the reviews its a sight to behold. Question is if trustly doesnt return the money for some reason what avenues do i have to go down to get vs to refund me the cash? since it is their responsibility to make sure all withdrawals and banking stuff go through correcty the onus is on them not me to find out where the cash has gone. The thing bothering me most is I cant understand why its taking so long to resolve this .. never mind the fact its took so long for the withdrawal to simply just not appear in my bank.
