The only way to claim bonuses and promotions are if you deposit via CC... How to proceed....

What is the bonus wagering on frankfred for CG players?

And what is the wagerin for relaod bonus on frankfred for CG players?

Im asking becouse i was to live chat and asked about them and i got this answer:

( 13m 7s ) Sanna: (deposit+bonus)x40 :)

Then i ask is it the same for casinoground players (did explain what CG was)

( 15m 59s ) Me: so what is my wagering.. or is it the same as for everyone ?
( 17m 36s ) Sanna: Okay i see now! Yeah exactly it's the same for everyone.

I got a ticket with Frankfred that already taken 2 weeks, still no solutions and im talking with the team leader of support.

Opened up account there some time ago, made required deposit for their welcomebonus ( think it was 100% +200 fs, 20 each day for 10 days in Starburst ). On the third day the spins didnt activate so I reached out to support who then urged me to deposit again. I explained that I allready made the required deposit for the welcome bonus and that I allready tried all the usuall meassures ( clearing cookies, login via chrome inkognito, try alternative browsers ect). this went one for a while, and everytime i talked to a new staffmember they made me explain everything again. I finally got so frustrated I just asked them to terminate my account (think it just got frozen).I´ve seen similiar cases around forums, negleted chattsupport sometimes even almost insulting the customers.

I do hope they dont make it for  the new swedish license for the approaching new year .

If you signed up via CG to Frank & Fred your welcome bonuses should all carry 25x total amount WR = 50x.

Please PM me a summary of your case and your details so I can look into it.

Sorry to hear you had issues some time ago. We've followed the satisfaction levels closely on all Support related contacts and I'm happy to say that we are now on great levels! As with anything new, it takes some time to build the knowledge and processes.

We are getting our own license in Sweden, which should be official any day now!

We are consistently adding more payments methods and in general we start out with our focus markets and then other markets are added on when there's time. We are looking into adding Paypal, but unfortunately I do not have an ETA at this point in time.

As you might be aware, there has been some development in the Norwegian market recently, affecting payments processing. In an effort to mitigate the impact and ensure all our Norwegian friends have the best possible experience, our Payments team has been scouring the market and recently released Skrill Rapid Transfer (https://www.skrill.com/en/business/rapid-transfer/). 

In order to make a withdrawal with Skrill Rapid Transfer you need to make a deposit using it (Min. dep works), and then, given we have any potential KYC documents needed, your withdrawal will be processed from our side within a few hours (in the morning if it was requested during the night) and then your funds will land on your bank account 24-72h (banking days) later. 

Our hope is to be able to expand on the payments options that we can offer our Norwegian players, and we're looking into a few different options that (hopefully) will work and be Live soon.

Well i have already made a withdrawal by bank transfer, which was approved on 17.05 but has still not received anything. Is it so that this will not work or?

Congratulations to your win!

The 17th was a Friday, unfortunately few banks process transactions over the weekend, hence the processing of the transaction most likely started Monday. I have no details of your Withdrawal, but given KYC was sorted you should have the money on the account by latest Friday. If you're concerned, please contact Support who should be able to give you the latest news.

Ps. I also need to apologise and clarify: Skrill Rapid Transfer should land between 3-5 days (24-72h was another method, which we should get live soon, with which i mixed up..)

Deposited 100 didint got bonus deposited one more time 100 still no bonus moved levels no free spins , when contacted bia chat i was told my country is not supported with bonus or shit like what :D (Lithuania) so cant tell nothing about wins because it drained me so fast :D oh and for my birthday i got free spins us present:D

Hello, i'm player from Lithuania, i love  to play on this site, but there is one major problem. I can't withdraw my money... I tried to make withdrawal with my mastercard it got approved by FRANKFRED team but my mastercard for some reason declined the withdrawal, and Trustly withdraw method doesn't work either, it just says "The bank account provided is not in a country where we can process payments." i'm selecting other EU countries because there is no selection for Lithuania(in trustly).  I have no idea what to do. Yesterday live chat said that they will fix trustly withdrawal in 24 hours but it's already past that and nothing is fixed. Today i contacted live chat and it didn't said anything about trustly they just said that u must withdraw with the same method that u deposited so i'm trying to contact my bank and i will see where that goes but if i will not be able to work it out with my bank basically i'm gonna be losing 1000EUR?

Lost around 300 euros and next day closed my account because of restricted country. Didnt even gave chance to get something back. Why did you guys even allow me to register on your site and make deposits?! Good think i didnt win big, would not get that. Avoid them!

Hello,

First of all. No one will lose any money. And it's not in our interest to play any "delaying" tactics either. The payments team processes the transactions as fast as possible, with the aim for the money to reach players as swiftly as possible. (We are currently processing 95%+ of transactions within 14h! The majority of withdrawals requested before 21.00 will be handled much, much faster).

Recently it's been a lot of hassle with Norwegian transactions, players have been waiting way longer than they should. But in the end, the money will reach the desired destination. It's a new market place and the different payments suppliers are working hard to carry out these transactions. Unfortunately there have been uncertainties and some processes/solutions did not end up working. 

@aryomi - I'd advise you to send an E-mail to support@frankfred.com. The team will check with Payments what possibilities there are, and advise accordingly. If they yesterday advised that today something would be available, I'd suggest allowing the team a few business hours before losing hope :)

@nside25 - Please understand that we do not close any market "just for fun". We obviously do not want to lose any player, but in some instances we are forced to take actions on specific markets, based on the regulatory/political environment, to ensure the future success of F&F. If you want me to have a closer look, please PM your account details or the Country you are from.
