I red the terms, some countries where excluded, but not the Netherlands and I could even select it in the registermenu so all good! Now time for a deposit! So I made a deposit with iDeal, which is an NL-only option, so all good again! But then.....I couldnt play a single game, and after some livechats it seems that NL is excluded. So I requested for a refund of my small deposit (40eur) and that should be fine according to livechat - I would be contacted on email. Ofcourse I did not receive an email, so I send one by meself but In did not got an answer, so I contacted them 4 days later on livechat. They are not willing to refund my 40 euro, unless I am gonna do a KYC procedure for a service they couldnt deliver and which was not stated in their terms. Ofcourse I am not gonna send my personal details for my own deposit. O, and the reason why they did not respond to my email was because I am not verified and they do not respond on non-verrified accounts, so be warned guys! Link to comment
