Anybody had any experience dealing with 666Casino? What happened was that I had won £432 from wagering £17 I won from free spins on Guns n Roses and wagered it 35 times and my withdrawal was awaiting confirmation,then today I was told I had breached the £5 maximum bet rule even though I stayed at £2 spins or less all the way through. They cancelled the withdrawal and just gave me my original £20 deposit back. I am piss@d off because that is a hell of a lot of money to me. Anyway,I went back through my gaming history and it showed a £10 spin on Rainbow Riches Reels of Gold which I then realised was 5 spins at £2 as if you want to go above £1 spins you have to pay £10 which then gives you 5 spins priced at £2. I think that I haven't breached their terms and conditions and have taken up a case with their arbitrators ecogra(even though I have heard they arent very good.) 

Any opinions or advice welcome.

I'm about to rogue them across all my sites. They closed my affiliate account (and others I know of at Casinomeister) because I was sending the wrong type of player. i.e. they were winning a lot money!

Caddell are very strict across all their sites on maximum bet rules and having dealt with around a dozen complaints in the past, you have less than 20% chance of getting your winnings after a eCOGRA claim.

I lost 2.8 k for a £20 roulette spin, There was no more than £2 on any one number but they said i breached the £5 max win, They took the whole £2.8k after 10 hours of play.

They give me my £20 back and nothing else.

Trust me my friend they make most of there profits by people breaching the terms.

With all due respect i hope its different for you and you get it back but i do not think you will.

So as soon as a few of your players started to win they cancelled your contract?

Yep, was back in April some players managed some big cash-outs and they accused me of sending the wrong type of traffic! LOL

A couple of other people I know have had the same issue, either send better trafffic or we'll close your account. Disgusting behaviour.

@BoracicLint  Don't accept any of their bullshit. Tell them you will open a civil case against them for the full amount of £5000 (max small claims court UK) and tell them you have been in contact with UKGC and they have opened an investigation - obviously you will have to open an official complaint with UKGC

They offered me £80 and I told them that it was a scant reward to a loss of over £400.They have now offered me £150 cash which I will probably take to save the further hassle of fighting for another £250. Pissed off that I am going to get much less than I should but fair play to the casino for acknowledging the fact that they should have acted better in terms of qualifying games and lack of warnings on the slot itself.
