The community in general

So i hope this does not come across as a rant but here goes.

I see more and more people or maybe trolls questioning streamers and you tubers about if there money is real or fake.

Top comment on bandits video last night claimed casino daddy play with fake money,

also people have thrown the same allegations at the bandit and i have also seen people say the same thing about Nick slots.

Most of these guys have shown receipts of deposits and also of withdrawals to there audience on request.

At what point do we say as a community no i dont have to prove anything and show you personal info to appease you,

i know there are some bad eggs out there but to question casino daddy bandit and Nick feels really unfair these are all stand up guys.

so my question is how do we fix this and is it right to throw allegations with 0 proof?

Well i think it's only fair that if you play with real money you show it on stream.

I've shown my online banking, skrill and both deposits and withdrawals on my live stream.

If you're legit then you will have nothing to hide, but tbh it's quite easy to spot who plays with real money vs those who play with the casinos money.

Personally, I've seen you show your transactions countless times when questioned Nick (@Nickslots).

While it is transparent and up to you completely, my view is that you should not ever have to reveal any of that information publicly. I think moderators should step in at that point to facilitate your uninterrupted streaming. Anyone who wants to carry on about your financial affairs can move on somewhere else.

And considering the long standing content and continuous followers of The Bandit, Nickslots and CasinoDaddy I could not see any reason for the individual streamer to even jump in the ring with those that question credibility.

Give them some instruction and let the moderators handle it. With an axe if they need to :)

Nathan

this is exactly the point i was making why should they have to prove it

I think the proving point comes from disrespect the streamers get. If there was no fake money streamers on Twitch, this wouldn't be an issue, but unfortunately people are devious and things start happening. I think it's okay to be transparent, so people can connect with the streamer if he wins or loses as they know the reactions they have are genuine. It's not about feeding the trolls but it's about being honest with your audience. That's my view on it anyway :)

This could easily become a 10-page discussion, I'd like to add a lot but i wont. I'll just throw out the one thing i wonder about the most.... How big of a majority of the viewers aren't really just silent lurkers who couldn't care less or bother to understand ? I'm thinking it could be like 90%

I think it's a minority that cares and that our opinions don't really have any significant impact on the issue. As far as i know, the best way to fight this issue is for us other streamers, to openly discuss responsible gaming and the dangers of gambling, to educate our viewers, and make them understand how many thousand euros we lost before we got that sweet €2300 hit on DoA that you saw on YouTube. If we're not hypocrites, then it's here we should put our energy. We got a whole generation of potential gamblers released who just turned 18, every year.

That's a lot of people.

I am thinking that we as a community and we as streamers have a responsibility here and the possibility to make a huge impact on many people's life by raising the awareness and being as transparent as we possibly can regarding anything related to this.

Not bitch and whine about who does what like if we were still kids in school....

All it does really, is bringing a negative atmosphere to the positive community that the a few of us, a small percentage of all the viewers make up. We can do better than that, just use the energy on positive changes instead of looking for something to be mad about.

After all, we all enjoy and ultimately all want the same things, gambling stories with a happy ending!

May the slot god's always be with you
