Evolution Gaming Rejected Bets, No feedbacks

Hi Guys,

 

This is my first post in this forum. Now, I am from Malaysia and have registered for roulette under a website called deluxe88dOTcom. These guys will forward me to evoclub88DOTcom and create me an account with random username and password and whatnot and I start playing after depositing cash.

I am a seasoned roulette player that does progressions. However, many, many times I had my winning bets rejected by Evolution Gaming on most of the roulette wheels. 

I do lodge complains on the live support, Liam and Dan mainly and they give me case numbers - SD-xxxxx. They told me that I will be contacted by the casino team via email.

 

The problem? No one has ever contacted me. I did ask live support multiple times to follow up and they only came up with systematic answers. Also told them I emailed supportATevoclub88DOTcom multiple times on follow up but there seems to be no reply. Live support told me I will be contacted, but still nothing. Some cases have been dated back to a month ago and the live support told me that the cases has been resolved and that the Casino or Customer Support Team will contact me "soon".

 

Now, I dont think that the support team has my email address and that they will contact my agent(deluxe88) upon resolving anything. However, deluxe has told me they have not heard from evoclub and that their emails to evoclub on my cases has gone unanswered too. I'm not sure what is happening and I am planning to disregard the deluxe88 guys for the time being as they're chinese educated people that speak only simple English.

 

Many of my bets were progression bets that should have won and I've lost probably more than 10k USD in total on all cases already.  Below is a copy of the email I sent to Evolution Gaming yesterday :

I understand that in the USA, LeoVegas has successfully got a refund from you guys and I hope that you set a good example to the Malaysian region where I am. This is the third or fourth time I am emailing you and I hope to get a reply from you soon.

In your opinion, guys.

 

What do you think I should do next? I've read a case previously involving LeoVegas has refunded in full etc, and I'm assuming that LeoVegas plays the same role as Deluxe88. I am not sure if deluxe88 has gotten the refund and not hand it to me, or if the people at live support are being private and confidential in refusing to tell me if they have already contacted deluxe88, simply because I strongly believe that they do not have my email address. I did ask livesupport if they have my email and they said they cannot answer, but has also asked me to leave my email address in one of their reports (I did).

 

 Ive also dropped Evolution Gaming a message on facebook and they told me they have notified evoclub and am not able to do anything further. They only told me to wait... 3 weeks ago.

 

 

 

I think that's all about it, I would appreciate if you guys could enlighten me on what to do next.

Dont sound good mate.

Can i ask why you even bothered to play there when you registered to one casino but they sent you to another , Some sort of agancy casino.

Also can i ask why your still playing there after the 3rd time that happened.

Ive never heard about the casino in mention, But what i do know is that leo vegas is one of the biggest.

I hope you have recorded these events and i wish you luck on getting some sort of justice.

I am in the same situation right now. I am playing on voodoodreams casino where i played roulette by evolution gaming. Everytime the ball hit mu number my bet got rejected, LIAM and Dan, gave me a SD number, SD-344089 and they said that my casino wil gave me a answer in a few days. I waited for 5 days and i got an answer dat there were u bets rejected. I did look my historie of my placed bets and i found a lot more than 50 rejected bets, so i started to email voodoodreams about this and they won't help me. But the amount i should have get is more than 5000 Euro's.

Did you already get youre money back ore is it still going?
