Highroller.com - stay away!

Just wanted to warn everybody about Highroller.com.
I've been waiting for my withdrawal for alomst a month and there hasnt been any progress since day 1.

They say that the withdrawal was done 25th of April and I have received my funds. 
I've send them bank statements that show I haven't received anything, but that does not have any effect. 

Since Highroller have been huge on TV commercials in Norway (my home country) I was certain it would be safe to use, but that was a huge mistake.

I've contacted MGA who have started an investigation after receiving all my documentation.

Hi Kaffekarsk,

Firstly - really sorry to hear about this. Can you please send me your username/email by PM so I can investigate properly. We did have some issues in Norway recently (like most Casino's) - but for most part this has been solved. Unfortunately looks like somethings happened here with you - but please send me your details and I can ensure you'll I'll fly into action.

Just to update everyone about my case with Highroller: They have stopped responding and still there's has not been any news since 23th of April and they still got over 1000$ of my funds.

Dissapointing considering Highroller is featured at Casinogrounds and I think many gamblers may open an account there.

Sorry to hear mate, that is bad. I've pushed as well, if I ever stream a brand and you'd get an issue similar to this, please PM me right away

Guys, we are on this - we needed to confirm the details with all parties which we now have (as you can imagine we just can't pay out everyone who says they didn't get their money - so we need to investigate any case like this fully which involves several communications back and forth). We now have all the details/information and I'm now waiting for final confirmation from our payments team. Again sorry and unfortunately a lot of this was out of our hands.
