So yesterday i deposited 180 euros and play and lose it. Then last night before going to bed i check my mail and see i got a mail from leovegas that deposit and get free spins worth 6 NOK pr spin on that new quickspin slot. it said deposit 1200 NOK and get 120 spins. I deposited 180 euros that is about 1600 NOK. anyways as i notice i had deposited around the time i got the mail i ask support if they can add the spins fore me. They tell me no... i can understand in certain situations they say no but keep in mind the deposit was made 15:18 and i got the mail 15:49 while i was still playing. Thats a 32 minute difference. And they still deny me the spins? I think that is very poor customer support. i also have a monthley limit here so i am not able to deposit again to take part of this promo. Had simmular things happen in different casinos and they added whatever promo that was in question but leo vegas didd not. Very poor! Link to comment

I dont mean to be unfair but it felt kinda unfair when the email stated make a deposit between friday and sunday. And i already deposited but i was unlucky and deposited 32 minutes before the promo mail was sent. Link to comment

I registered some months ago when i was watching letsgiveitaspin stream. I have always played lot of online casinos and slots (many many years) and never I have seen so good customer service that leovegas have. They verified my documents in matter of hours and my first withdrawal was super fast. I have contacted live support many times and always they have replied really fast and been super polite.
